- he’s literally a human heater so on cold nights you cuddle up to him to keep warm
- he would never admit it to anyone but you, but he leaves notes with poems and love letters for you to find when he’s not with you
- he’s always got this worry hidden underneath the surface that he’s not good for you
- he worries that he’s gonna hurt you on accident because of his powers
- he’d get you in trouble all the time!
- for skipping class, sneaking out after curfew, passing notes! you name it, you and john have gotten in trouble for it
- he practically never wears a shirt!!
- he claims that it’s because he’s too hot, but you know that he just wants to show off and tease you
- he’s not really a sentimental guy
- if he’s going to do something sentimental, it’ll be writing you a note or something
- so when you say something kinda affectionate or sentimental, well he doesn’t know how to respond because he’s better at writing than talking

- he’ll fight anyone who says something bad about you
- you constantly have to keep him from setting someone on fire
