Peter does. He’s so used to taking care of his little sisters and not counting on other people that he can’t quite believe that you go out of your way to do nice things for him

Peter does, especially after the fight with Apocalypse, but it’s not really a frequent thing. Not long after the battle though, you knocked against him accidentally and he sped across the room away from you in alarm. 

who is most confused as to why their S.O.
is still with them?

Peter is, because you’re so beautiful and happy and perfect, and he’s just a kleptomaniac with attachment issues and he’s so used to people he cares about just leaving him, so he can’t quite comprehend that you chose him and stayed with him and that you love him.

still loves them?

Both of you, but it’s mostly in little ways, like every night before bed and when you wake up in the mornings as a ritual

Neither of you say it. Peter thinks it sometimes, but he doesn’t want to say it out loud, because he thinks if he says it, you might realise it’s true and leave him.

gifts?

You do. You know Peter never had much when he was growing up and that it was hard to make things work to take care of his sisters, but he goes out of his way to surprise you with small presents just to show you how much he loves you.

other and how does their S.O. attempt to calm them down?

Peter is, though it’s not always a big, obvious break down. Sometimes he just shuts down, and freezes up and won’t talk or really respond at all. When this happens, you gently pull him over to the couch or your bed and hold him to you, stroking his hair and telling him you love him until he calms down. 

who is most self conscious in public?

You are. You hate drawing attention to yourself, which Peter doesn’t quite understand, because you’re beautiful and he wants everyone to see you and love you and know how incredible you are, so he always makes sure to compliment you and hold your hand and tell you how beautiful you are. 

who is more likely to apologize a million
time for a tiny mistake?

Peter, and it’s heartbreaking, because you can tell he thinks he’s just a fuck up who isn’t worth you spending time on him so he feels like he has to apologize for everything.

who admits they’re scared only when they
think their S.O. is asleep and how does the other react?

Peter does, because he’s not good at talking about his feelings a lot of the time, and he doesn’t want you to worry about him more than you already do. One night, after he thinks your asleep, you hear him whisper against your shoulder “I’m just-I’m just scared I’ll never be better than I am now. I’m just kind of terrible, y’know-” but before he can say anymore, you roll over and kiss him, pulling him close and telling him that he’s more than enough, that he’s so much better and braver than he could possibly realise.

Peter, because you’re beautiful and perfect and he’s convinced that you’re the best person to ever exist and he doesn’t feel like he deserves you.

If it ever became necessary, Peter would take a bullet for you without a second thought. He tried to mention it once, and you covered his mouth with your hand before he could finish the sentence and told him you never wanted to think about it because you don’t want to even think about being without him.
