So this dude came in to return a bunch of books on dog training and death and he was like…the human incarnation of Hades. Down to the appearance and mannerisms and everything. I don’t even go here, but I now understand what other Heathens mean when they talk of running into “hat men” who remind them of Odin.
(If we secretly are in some kind of Riodarn-verse and it actually was Hades, he damn well better have been here to drop Persephone off at her summer home. I’m tired of snow.)

**STORY TIME**
I once a few years ago made the mistake of saying that Thor just never notices the shit I do for Him….big mistake.
I headed to Chicago to see my friend and while there her and I both kept seeing the word Thor everywhere. On billboards…magazines and books…I would have thought it was sort mind trick if had not been for her to back me up in seeing this for the entire week I had been there for the visit. It started to feel like stalking at one point. We just couldn’t escape seeing the name Thor almost everywhere we went!
When I returned home and back to my job at the office supply store I worked at, I was covering register on the first day I returned to work and while covering the co-workers lunch a very tall and muscular built man with long redish/blonde hair and a beard walked in. I’m talking Hulkamania built muscles. He was carrying a package to be dropped off at the copy and print station and just locked eyes with me, grinning…I stood at the register and nearly for lack of better words…shit a brick…something I dunno…something was familiar VERY eerily familiar about this man…he dropped off the package and as he was leaving waved to me and said ‘’Seeya later, kiddo!’’ and vanished out the doors…
After that, I stopped seeing the name/word Thor everywhere.
Lesson-Freaking-Learned.
Hat Men are A THING.
And apparently so are visits from everyone else!
