Prompto woke up with a jerk. He wasn’t particularly ticklish, but a finger running along his stomach wasn’t something he was used to waking up to.

“Hm?” Prompto asked, disoriented and still have asleep. His vision was blurry without his contacts but he could feel your warmth next to him. Without thinking, Prompto took your hand and removed it from his naked stomach.

“I wanna feel,” you whispered. 

You had woken up with your arm over your boyfriend’s stomach, his face so peaceful and sweet looking you were certain you had fallen in love all over again. You had felt the raised skin against your fingertips on accident. You knew the stretch marks were there, but Prompto rarely let you see him shirtless, much less touch the marked, soft skin of his stomach.

Confused but still half asleep Prompto didn’t object. He closed his eyes and fell back asleep with your head on his chest and your fingers brushing the parts of himself he hated the most. His insecurities would remain when he woke up, but for a moment, he felt perfect.
