Imagine giving Thor a snake when he’s having a bad time because you know he loves snakes.

“Thor!” you yellled through the hall to your buddy’s room. “Thor!” you knocked his door, but as it was raining and thundering a lot – because of him – he may not be listening.

So you got inside, a covered cage in your hands.

“Thor? Wake up,” you moved to the side of his bed and took off the sheets above his head. “You can’t be depressive your whole life!”

He stirred on the mattress not even opening his eyes. “I want to sleep.”

“You just need something to cheer you up.”

“Mmh, do I?” he mumbled.

“Well, yes,” you nodded. “And I need you to stop this rain, it’s going to flood the city.”

“Maybe later-”

You put the cage on his bed, and Thor quickly opened his eyes and sat up at the heavy sound of metal. “What’s that?” he asked, rubbing his eyes.

“A gift,” you took off the fabric from the cage.

“A snake!” Thor opened the cage and took the animal on his hands. Suddenly he was on all four senses again. “I love snakes!” he smiled widely, caressing him.

“I know,” you smirked proudly. The rain began to stop as Thor was feeling better for now.

“Thank you, Lady Y/N,” he wrapped an arm around your waist and pulled you to him.

“You’re very welcome, but I- I am- Loki is looking at me like he wants to eat me-”

“Loki?” Thor broke the contact.

“I named him Loki,” you shrugged. “It looks like Loki. A lot.”

Thor looked at his new pet. “It really does…”
