“I dunno how we ended up kissin’ like that, honestly,” Stu murmured, looking up to the cracked ceiling. This made you giggle, twirling a lock of his vibrant, blue hair around your finger.

“Kissing? That’s all we did, huh?” This earned a laugh from the man next to you as he rolled over, legs flailing underneath the comforter. Eyes locking into yours, he gave you a goofy grin.

“Guess you’re right,” 2D mumbled into his pillow. “We also cuddled a lot, too.” Shifting on the mattress, you snorted, closing your eyes as a warm ray of sunlight started to peek through the curtains above the bed.

“Well, I can’t argue with that explanation, now can I?”

“Not anymore,” he chuckles, his hand snaking onto your belly. “Not at all.”
