Loki doesn’t know many people who are gifted in magic- not in Asgardian magic that his mother taught him.
But, when he meets you, it’s as if he he instantly knows that you’re special, gifted like he is. When the Avengers introduce the two of you, he doesn’t say anything but he suspects you know too.
