Damian did after having a close call one night on patrol. You were already in a serious and committed relationship with him, but it reaffirmed to him that life is short and you both could lose everything at any moment. He wanted to show you how important you were to him and how much he loves you by taking that next big step in your lives together.
Who decorated the house:
You did because Damian made it very clear that if you left this task up to him, you were going to end up with a minimalist style just because he would want to be done faster. Instead, you enjoyed going through and creating a warm and loving environment for both of you.
Who is more organized:
Damian is. He claims it comes with the training from the League, but you know it was because of Alfred. If you’d grown up with someone like Alfred around, you’d be far more organized than you are now.

You are. As mentioned in the domestic life post, you like to curl up to Damian and find the warm and comfy spot. He does always compare you with a cat, and you’re not disappointed with that comparison, knowing it’s a high compliment coming from him.

Damian likes to paint and sketch you while you make something of your own or read. You both find it very intimate because of the way Damian always highlights the features he finds most beautiful about you, especially if you’ve been dealing with a bout of insecurity.
Who kills the spiders:
Damian does not kill any innocent animal, instead he tries to adopt the spider. You have to draw a hard line and tell him if he’s not going to kill the spider, he has to put it outside.
Who falls asleep first:
You do. You weren’t trained to have the same stamina as Damian, and you usually go to bed sometime while he’s on patrol. Even when he doesn’t go on patrol, you follow your own routine as much as Damian does his in the morning, and you tend to go to sleep while he might sit up a while longer reading.
Who has the most patience?
That’s you! Damian tells you that you have the patience of a saint, especially when compared to him. He still has a tendency to get short with people as he quickly grows frustrated with them.
