All good! Don’t worry, and definitely bird tendencies, I love talking about his birdness.
He has the urge to show off more around you, puffing up his chest, pathetically un-subtle flexing, he gets pouty if you don’t notice and tries harder next time you’re around.
The dancing is extravagant and embarrassing as hell, he takes up the room with his ridiculous wing movements, if only happens in the spring when he’s drunk and denies all accusations (and video proof) of his display.
Nesting would be more subconscious, suddenly pillows and blankets throughout the mansion start disappearing and can easily be found in Warren’s room.
It makes an even better place for cuddling than usual, except there are also a bunch of his loose feathers tucked in, and is that your favorite shirt? he has no clue how that got there.
Y’know how parrots do that cute beak rubbing with each other? Warren especially loves hugging and nuzzling his face up against you until you laugh and push him away.
Now that he’s in a much better environment he takes preening very seriously, with lack of resources and no care for his health he never paid much attention to how bad his wings got, but now he preens and oils his feathers weekly, no excuses.
He gets all happy and bashful if you offer to help him with wing-care though, and he’ll never turn you down..
