Waiting anxiously in the airport, you checked your watch for what was probably the thousandth time. Jason’s plane should have landed by now…
Just then, you felt arms snake around your waist. You panicked for a moment before relaxing. Leaning back, you breathed in your boyfriend’s scent.
“Hey, babe.” You greeted.
Jason chuckled. “How’d ya know it was me?”
Turning around to face him, you laughed. “That’s my little secret.”
Smiling, Jason lovingly ran his finger along the edge of your face as you wrapped your arms around his neck.
You smiled back as you took in every detail of his face, committing it to memory. You could feel his heart beat against your chest, his fingers running through your hair. Closing your eyes, you breathed in the scent of leather, sweat, smoke and citrus.
A small grin crossed your face. You couldn’t imagine a better life than the one you were living right now.
Opening your eyes, you gazed into Jason’s eyes for a moment before crashing your lips to his.
Taken by surprise, Jason froze for a second before kissing back. You cupped his face with your hands, and he lifted you off the ground, deepening the kiss.
After what felt like hours but was probably only seconds, Jason put you down and you broke apart, both of you breathless.
You smiled at each other, neither of you saying a word. Nothing needed to be said; it was clear what you both felt for one another.
So I suppose this is a bad time to realize that I have no business writing kisses? 😂 I’ve never kissed anyone lol. Ahem, ANYway…
