“Good evening!”
You looked up to see Tim perched on your open window holding his cape over his face for only his masked eyes showed. A perfect addition to his Dracula voice. You laughed as he jumped into your room shutting the world outside behind him.
“You should be more careful leaving your window open that like young lady, there are all sorts of people out in Gotham at night.”
“Seems like it’s working out fine for me so far.”
He smiled taking his mask off before kissing you. You kissed him back relishing his taste. It had been a hot second since you had last seen him. Speaking of hot…
“Not to be rude but… you don’t look so hot.”
“What happened to Tim, you’re the only 10 I see?”
“Well sure, you still look hot,” you laughed scooting over on your bean bag chair so he could take a seat next to you, “But when was the last time you slept?”
“I don’t’ know, maybe midnight.”
“What day?”
“Ha. Ha.”
“Do I look like I was joking?”
“This case has been tough” he mumbled as you took his hand gently massaging it. Rubbing the pressure points you knew helped relieve stress.
“Well, you’re here now” you whispered as you felt him sink into your plush bag snuggling up closer to you.
“Yeah” his voice trailed off as if lost in his own world. You couldn’t help but smile just enjoying his presence.
His head lolled for a moment and then there was this sound. Almost impossible to describe…
But if the Joker was holding a pipe to your head you would have to describe it as a cross between a drowning pomeranian and a chimpanzee.
Tim jolted away shaking his head “Uhhh did you just make that noise?” he asked looking around, his blue eyes wide in shock.
You burst out laughing so hard you fell off the bean bag.
