“Should I be concerned about how much caffeine you’re taking in?” You spoke worriedly as you returned to Tim’s room, a cup filled with coffee in your hand. Tonight was the first time you had spent the night with Tim at his house, although the two of you had been dating for about 5 months. Your relationship with him has always been quite close and cuddly, but you both never stayed over at each other’s for the night. So this was really the first time you had seen the extremity of Tim’s coffee consumption.
Tim turned around in his desk chair, reaching for the cup. “Not really, (Y/N). Currently this is the least I’ve had in a night, since it’s almost 10 pm,” he replied while carefully taking the cup from you, “so you shouldn’t be concerned.”
As you turned around to close his bedroom door, you responded with, “That’s your fourth freaking cup of coffee!” You moved to his desk, leaning on it as he looked up at you expectedly. “You’re just lucky that I love you, or I would make sure there is no caffeine within 10 miles of your location.”
Suddenly Tim lightly grasped your wrist, putting the cup down on his desk and pulled you down for a loving kiss. As he pulled away, he whispered in your ear, “I’m totally lucky.” He turned in his chair back to his computer, lifting his cup of coffee to his lips.
