This was so hard to write because I just couldn’t choose
between Tim or Jason!! But in the end, I went with Tim instead and sorry if it’s
short, because I feel like it might be!Tim Drake smiled as he kept his
eyes on you. You were humming happily as you carefully took out the pie you had
made. “Well, someone’s happy.” He teased, walking towards you. He took a whiff
of the pie and his stomach protested to be fed.You laughed. “Of course, we haven’t
been by the manor in a while and I just miss everyone!” You tell him before
reaching over the counter to give Tim a plate filled with fruit tarts. “Here,
for you.”Tim grinned, taking the plate away
from you and popped one in his mouth. “This is delicious.” He chewed and you
rolled your eyes at his antics, telling him to chew with his mouth closed
instead. Tim laughed before eating another tart.“I just hope this pie will be
enough.” You look at the pie that you left out to cool. “Sometimes everybody’s
appetites surprise me although – considering things, I don’t even know why I am
surprised…” You mulled to yourself and Tim shook his head.“It’s just a family dinner, I think
it’ll be enough.” Tim assured you and you pursed your lips before nodding your
head. “Let’s get ready and then we can leave for the manor.” He told you and
you pressed a kiss to his cheek.“I’m going to shower now? Would you
care to join?” You asked, pulling away from Tim, giving him a look before sprinting
towards your bedroom.“Wait for me!”
You walked in just in time to hear
Damian saying, “Oh, it’s just you…” and you couldn’t help but giggle at how
poorly he disguised his disappointment at seeing your boyfriend first instead
of you. Damian whipped his head to look at you and the smile appeared on his
face causing Tim’s jaw to drop.“Sister!” Damian welcomed you with
a hug – if you hadn’t been expecting this, you would have probably fallen to
the floor with the force he tackled you with. You laughed and wrapped your arms
around him, careful not to jostle the food you were carrying too much.“W- what? Why – when did this?” Tim
couldn’t even finish the sentence as he continued to stare at the two of you
together. After all this time, he would have never thought that Damian and you
would get along well. In fact, judging from how happy Damian is (Damian is
rarely ever genuinely happy in Tim’s opinion, he’s always either snarky or
pompous but this was a whole new Damian) and the smile on your lovely face, the
two of you are definitely closer than he had initially thought.Damian pulled back slightly to
spare a glance at Tim. “One would have thought that you would be smarter by
now, Drake especially with Sister here.” Damian then sighed before looking at
you. “I feel rather conflicted; out of everyone, why did it have to be Drake?
Though if it hadn’t been Drake, then I wouldn’t have met you.” He furrowed his
eyebrows together and you chuckled at the adorable look on his face before
looking at your boyfriend whose expression now is a cross between being
offended and taken aback.“Tim’s not that bad, Dami.” You
tell him before releasing Damian out of your embrace. “I made some pie and
tarts.” You handed the box to Damian. “Could you be a dear and give them to
Alfred?” You asked him and Damian smiled, nodding his head eagerly and
carefully took the box away from you.“I’ll make sure it reaches
Pennyworth in perfect condition.” He told you before walking towards the wet
kitchen where undoubtedly Alfred would be though he did stop in front of Tim
briefly. “You ought to close your mouth lest you want a bug to fly in your
mouth, Drake.” He harrumphed and disappeared behind the doors. You approached your boyfriend who
seemed broken after seeing Damian and you. “Come on, Tim; let’s go see what everyone
is up to.” You tell him and Tim seemed to come out of his stupor when you
snapped your fingers in front of his face.“I still can’t wrap my head around
this, this, this,” Tim blinked a couple of times. He really couldn’t come up
with a word that could truly describe how he is feeling right now. Damian and
him has never had the best relationship ever and Damian had also never acted
like this with his previous girlfriends so it really surprised him.You wrap an arm around Tim’s waist and
he placed his arm on your shoulder as the two of you walked further inside the
house. “I think Damian’s adorable and I’ve always wanted a little brother too.”
You tell him and Tim coughed a couple of times.“Does this mean he’s going to drop
by your apartment frequently?” He asked in disbelief, staring at you and you
chuckled.“He drops by after school
sometimes, if not at the apartment, at the bakery.” You shrugged and Tim
abruptly stopped walking, almost causing you to trip if it weren’t for his arm
on your shoulder.“You even let him in the bakery!?”
“Damian enjoys my treats; sometimes he also helps me – did you know he helped me with creating my best seller of the month?”
“I think I need to drop by the bakery more often…”
