He is super shy but boy does he love affection. Major things like kissing in public and hugging will be sure to fluster him and he’ll shy away from it, but in private?!! I’m private he will soak up all those hugs and kisses, sometimes even initiating it himself and peppering you in soft tender kisses that’ll make your heart skip a beat. However, going back to being in public, what he can take (despite being a blushing, adorable mess) is light hand holding or having a few of your fingers locked together as you walk. That light affection makes his heart soar and he lives for it. Just take his pinky in yours without saying and it’ll give the boy a little spook, but you can soon see him visibly relax and welcome your hold.
Takes you out on a lot of cute dates to cafes and libraries. He likes quiet places that don’t have many people, so these places are always his go-to to take you. With cafes, you two can have your own booth or corner to sit, eat, and talk in. Being the gentleman that he is, he would pull out your chair for you, push it back in once you seated yourself, order your food for you and picking it up and bringing it back to the table. You both just have light normal conversation, enjoying each other’s company and being playful with one another. When it comes to libraries, he loves those a lot more because he gets to admire you in (almost) complete silence as you look for books you want to read or when you smile when reading something you like or even when he sees the sign of tears brimming in your eyes when you read something sad. He likes to take time to watch you and your habits sometimes, finding you to be completely adorable when you showcase some of your little quirks. If he gets caught though, he’ll become a blushing, stuttering mess.
Shares as well as makes bentos for you. He is a very good cook and wants to share the things he makes for you every once in a while. He’ll either do that by letting you share his bento with him and vice versa, or making you a bento that matches his. However, the ones he makes for you are always a lot more cutely decorated than his. He puts extra special effort in to making you bentos because he just thinks you deserve the extra mile. Although, if you ever made a bento for him he’ll take it to heart so much. He will admire the bento for a long time before he even starts to eat it, which will almost be too late since there is only so much time during your lunch break. However, he will eat it happily, a few tears falling down his cheeks out of joy.
Special cuddle time after school is a must. I can’t give you an exact point in which this happened and became a thing, but when it did you both never missed an after school cuddle session without good reason. You either go to his dorm or he goes to yours, both dressed in comfortable clothes and heading to the other’s bed to just cuddle and enjoy the others warmth and presence.
Yo Shindo:
Being in a relationship with him is a wild ride because he has a lot of energy and is pretty unpredictable. He likes doing things and will always drag you along with him. If he wants to go to the mall, he’ll invite you and take you with him, shopping at different stores and kiosks and tying on everything. At first you’d think it’s just a normal day at the mall for shopping, but next thing you know he’s making up challenges and games for you both to do, saying that whoever can complete at least 5 of the challenges/games wins and the loser has to do whatever the winner wants for a full day. The games are always something that involves talking to strangers and slight embarrassment but it is awfully fun (think of Impractical Jokers challenges, that’s how he is)
Not afraid to show PDA at all. Shindo is going to kiss you and hug you and even grope you whenever he feels the need to. He isn’t afraid to do it in public or even in class for that matter. If the urge to kiss you becomes too strong, he’s going to go in for a kiss because the boy is just forward like that. Sometimes he’ll just come up to you and pull you into his chest or onto his lap, holding you close and kissing your neck gently. If you’re uncomfortable with it, however, you’ll have to tell him beforehand because he never really asks if he can kiss or touch you, he just does it, but he will stop if you sit him down and tell him you’re not comfortable with it.
He does your hair in the mornings sometimes and is very good at it. One day he just showed up to your house/dorm and just told you to “sit your cute ass down”, grabbed your brush, some hair products, and some hair ties and just did your hair in the cutest, cleanest style ever. He lets you call him whenever you don’t feel like or are struggling to do your hair, being more than happy to come over and do it for you and he never gives you the same style unless you request it.
You both have the same self care routine and he comes over to your house/dorm to do it with you almost every night. He’s a complete goof though so don’t expect him to take everything too seriously. When it comes to clean your face he likes to dance and somehow wraps you into dancing with him. When it comes to putting on ace masks he likes to do yours as you do his at the same time, making s slight mess of your face and giggling about it. He also tries to make you laugh once your face mask has dried because he likes to see your struggle to keep a straight face to prevent your mask from crumbling.
