You are his sunshine. His only sunshine. You make him happy when skies are gray. Besides chocobos you are truly the only thing that can bring him out of any slump no matter how deep.
Speaking of chocobos, he takes you to see them on your first date.. And your 2nd.. And your 3rd. Unless you tell him you want to go somewhere else, he’ll keep doing it lol.
Says if you beat him in a race you get to kiss him. You get to kiss him regardless.
He can’t keep his lips off you. He can’t keep his hands off you. He can’t keep himself off you. You’d think he was stuck to you most days.
He loves when you come hang out with him and the bros. Watching you be happy with his best friends is one of the best feelings in the world. He feels especially good when the bros compliment you or tell him he’s got a good partner.
However, some days he believes he’s not good enough for you. He sees you as a god/goddess. You are perfection and he’s a science experiment. You’re a beautiful eagle and he’s a fish stuck in a puddle. You have to pull him out of these slumps and dumps when you can.
Fix him some food, show him your favorite pictures that he’s taken. Maybe drag him to the chocobo farm! If all else fails drag him to bed and hold him as tight as you can.
Compliments fluster him. So shower him in them, especially on his insecurities.
Soft kisses on his lingering stretch marks, gentle strokes over his wrist, fast pecks all over his freckles. Draw constellations with your finger tips on his back. Run your fingers through his hair. Tell him he’s your world, your chocobabe. Your precious ray of sunshine.
He might start crying if you do. Kiss his tears away and never stop with the compliments.
Prompto is 100% the first to say “I love you.” He does it without hesitation and means it. He’s always genuine with his feelings for you. The only time he hides his feelings is when you’re upset. He never wants to add to your stress.
Prom is GREAT at making you feel better. He makes it his number one goal to make you smile when your day is bad and he’ll be damned if he doesn’t succeed.
He’s bad at telling you how much he loves you so he does it in words or gestures. Giving you small love notes, kissing your hands, forehead, your lips.
He has no shame in where and when he kisses you either. Kiss in the regalia? You bet! Kiss after crownsgaurd training? Yes! Before training? Of course. In the shower? Yes. When you wake up? Yup! Before bed? You get the point.
Prompto truly worships every aspect of you. The fact you can love someone like him proves that you’re an absolutely amazing being and he will never take you for granted.
