Loki in a relationship with a strong-willed woman

Quick A/N: hope you like it! I think this is my first headcanon I’ve written (??)

• The first time you met him he tried to hit on you but that went sideways fast
• You knew he was the trickster god so you hadn’t any interest in him
• Once he noticed you weren’t going to take any shit from him, he was really soft around you
• After he started to be himself you guys really hit it off
• You ended up asking him to be your boyfriend first because he didn’t want to be too forward
• He’d always be protective of you even though he knew you could take care of yourself
• One time you were out and a guy was making you feel uncomfortable
• He gave you a look from across the room, but you managed it yourself
• (the guy ended up with a broken nose)
• (Loki chewed him out later when you weren’t looking too)
• Loki was soo soft around you no matter what
• He always wanted cuddles on movie nights
• You found it funny when he stole your sweatshirts instead of you stealing his clothes
• “are those my clothes?”
• “uh yes, I wanted to try the Midgard fashion.”
• You laughed but it was always cute when he’d wear your hoodies going out in public (the avengers thought it was hilarious)
• Sometimes you would just sit and talk on your bed for hours
• “Does it hurt when Thor pins you down with his hammer?”
• “What is the point of bagels when the Midgardian’s have created donuts?”
• “Can you control snow at all, because you’re a frost giant?”
• For one of your anniversaries he turned into a bouquet of flowers, but you were startled when he turned into himself again
• He nearly fell over when you pushed him away in surprise
• “Are you sure you’re not some sort of goddess? You almost had me out of breath there.”
• You only laughed about it later when you were eating dinner
• THAT HE MADE
• He thought it was fascinating when you showed him how to cook at first
• “It might be 50’s housewife-esque to cook for you, but I’m still teaching you.”
• “I beg your pardon?”
• “I’m cooking for you because I love you, not because I’m going to turn into your servant.”
• “Y-You love me, Lady Y/N?”
• It only got better from there, Loki was overjoyed
• “None of the Asgardian women could forget about my past,”
• “Well then I’ll be the first,”
• Loki was so happy to be in relationship with someone, but was grateful you helped him out along the way
• Thor loved you of course
• Thor always joked that it was too bad you got acquainted with his brother first
• You lifted Thor’s hammer one day (because you did really want to know if you were worthy)
• And Loki was so amazed he knew the small box in his pocket shouldn’t sit there any longer
