May I have headcanons w/ Akira, Yusuke, Ryuji and Akechi with a S/O that doesn’t like being short? For example, S/O really doesn’t like the fact that they’re shorter than them so how would the boys make them nore comfirtable with it, if that makes sense!

• tbvh he wouldn’t really care?
• like he’ll give you shit for being small and crack jokes sometimes
• but when you say that you are insecure about it he would understand
• he gets it, he has things he doesn’t like about himself as well.
• “Oh, you don’t like your height? But it’s so cute…”
• yeah, just because he understands doesn’t mean he won’t stop teasing
• like,, he’ll tone it down a bit,,But it’s Akira,, come on now
• this may cause a few arguments between him and his S/O, like to them it’s a serious problem!! Stop making fun of it!!
• if his S/O really cares that much, then he’ll try and stop with the remarks
• but he really doesn’t get why they don’t like their height??? To him it’s super adorable??
• to him pretty much everything is great about his S/O, so he’s a lil bit biased
• his S/O will probably tell him this too, but he won’t care
• because his new goal is to get his S/O to feel comfortable with their height
• to him, his S/O is perfect just the way they are, so theres no need for them to worry

Yusuke

• he wouldn’t understand either
• he wouldn’t be dating anyone that is less than Aesthetic,,, so why are they stressing?
• not that he only cares aout looks, but he’s an artist,,, it shows in his choice of S/O
• if the problem is that they are shorter than him, he’ll be confusion
• because he’s like 6 ft????? How they gonna grow so much?
• “Well S/O, I highly doubt that you will be able to grow to exceed my height…”
• this may cause a fight, depending on the S/O
• but like?? He seriously doesn’t understand the point of stressing so much over something you can’t change
• this may cause his S/O to get upset, because this is a genuine problem for them, and it seems like he isn’t even taking it seriously
• but just because he says those things, doesn’t mean he doesn’t care about his S/O’s feelings!!
• he just doesn’t quite get the reasoning behind hating a part of urself that can’t possibly be changed.
• so in terms of helping u cope with it, he probably won’t be very helpful
• however, if he needs to, he’ll make sure to remind his S/O that they are just fine the way they are
• “There is no reason for you to change, my dear. No reason at all.”

Ryuji

• he’ll probably get it the most out of all the guys
• he’s the shortest out of all the males in the Phantom Thieves bois, so he might have some issues of his own
• but overall, he wouldn’t care if his S/O was short!! He loves them as they are!
• plus, despite his best efforts, there’s no way for someone to magically change their height
• “Hey! Maybe if you eat more carrots?? They’re pretty long right!!”
• he will try and make his S/O consume a carrot only diet, pls don’t let him
• it irks him that he can’t change his height, but he got over it cause you don’t need height to do track
• so his solution to the problem would be to find something useful that doesn’t involve height
• like sewing, or maybe soccer? Something that doesn’t have to do with height
• if that didn’t work out he would try to find something else, but it probably wouldn’t work out
• so he would simply settle for compliments, theres not much else to be done,,
• “You’re so awesome S/O!! Like outta this world kinda awesome!”

Akechi

• he might get a bit annoyed if his S/O constantly complained about it
• to him, height has never been a problem, so he doesn’t understand the reasoning behind it
• it’s height, nothing more nothing less
• “It’s not as if you can change it, what’s the point in dwelling on it?”
• he doesn’t see the logic in agonizing over something that can’t be changed
• if S/O is serious about the height thing, they would probably get very offended  
• which would result in an argument
• his approach of logic over emotion would probably be hurtful to his S/O
• he would apologise, but would most likely not change his stance on the matter
• there’s no reason to hate an aspect of urself that can’t be changed, that’s just unnecessary hurt
• he wouldn’t waste time on trying to help them grow taller or anything, he would simply tell them that it’s nothing to be ashamed of
• “There is no reason to hate your height, there is no changing it.”
