Promptology: Caring for Your Prompto

• Promptos are wonderful companions, but still must be cared for accordingly. As many leading Promptologists say, if you care for your Prompto, he will care for you ❤
• As mentioned, Promptos are easily startled and as such, it is important to show your Prompto that there is nothing to fear, and in the case that there is, you must try to ease his fears and promote happy thoughts (soft blankets, cuddles, and comfort foods are a must)
• Remember to feed your Prompto regularly. He is a fan of spicy meals, but be forewarned, his stomach doesn’t always agree with some foods so make sure he has plenty of his medicine
• Promptos, luckily, do not have long legs (unlike Gladios and Ignises), so your Prompto should flourish with most beds.
• Make sure to leave many blankets and sweaters for him, as he gets cold easily
• Promptos like to style their hair, so make sure to keep your bathroom stocked with the necessary hair products (preferably strong hair gel)
• Remember, your Prompto likes to be helpful! Let him clean and cook when he feels like it! Also, your Prompto is a person, just like you, so let him think for himself!
• Your Prompto will want to take pictures. Lots of them. Let him, studies have proven that a happy Prompto = a happy world
• Remember to keep your Prompto well hydrated and rested! Give him plenty of filtered water and a comfy bed (do not wake your Prompto when he’s resting)
• Tread lightly and move quietly when your Prompto sleeps; he is a light sleeper
• Promptos are sometimes nervous in new situations (although they do look forward to new experiences), so pay attention to how your Prompto is feeling and ease his concerns whenever possible
• Promptos love to socialize!!! Make sure to take him out and interact with others!!! Make friends with companions of Gladios, Noctises, and Ignises and set up playdates!!! Your Prompto will thank you
• In the event that your Prompto befriends a Noctis, they may not separate. That is perfectly normal and acceptable. I suggest preparing another bedroom and adding a chair for his Noctis at the dinner table.
• Cuddle your Prompto frequently
• Consider having a small cat or a dog for your Prompto to care for and play with
• Also consider setting up small chores for Prompto to do; he doesn’t like mooching off of folks
• Junkfood is okay in moderation, but he shall try to maintain a healthy diet regardless of the type of food you try and give him, and in saying that, make sure to give him proper nutrition!
• Remind your Prompto that he is loved and appreciated ❤
• While your Prompto might want to be lazy one day, other days he wants to be active! Let him exercise when he wants to
• Don’t worry when your Prompto disappears, sometimes he likes to explore and go on adventures!
• Your Prompto likes to go out quite often; take him on outings and go places with him!!! He is a big fan of arcades and fairs!
• Be wary of your Prompto driving vehicles; sometimes he gets a little distracted
• Your Prompto is smarter than you think! Should you struggle with figuring things out, he just might have the answer
• In the event that you neglect to care for your Prompto accordingly, Promptologists everywhere shall shame you and come to collect your Prompto so he can be under proper care and find a home worthy of his presence
