So Mc apparently doesn’t know any Spanish, but Mallek is fluent in it and constantly gives Mc nicknames in Spanish and whispers sweet things in Spanish in Mc’s ears when they’re cuddling

Aw, that’s actually pretty wholesome! They’d be extremely confused at first, over how Mallek could speak an Earth language and not them. He’d then just go “yeah i found out about earth networks and yadda yadda;”. After that, they’d ask him to speak some things in Spanish. Mallek just quickly talks about something, and they recognize a few words as being related to computers and technology. They’re surprised. He grins and says something in a loving tone, and even if they can’t understand it, the MC can get a hint of what it is just by his body language alone. They both chuckle.

Later, both find themselves wrapped around each other romantically underneath some thick blankets. The MC is sleepy and delighted at their matesprit’s hold. Mallek begins to recite what sounds like a poem of sorts. Alternian poems? Didn’t know about these. His voice sounds melancholic and quiet. Spanish makes his voice sound more serious. It makes you feel tingly. He rubs your cheek with his thumb. Once he is done, he tells you “that = how much i love you;”.
