– he’d always be by your side, that’s no surprise
– but you can swear, you see him glance at your lips every once in a while
– especially when you talk to others like Momo or Ochako
– his eyes are just always on your mouth
– like how does he do this?
– does he just go for it?
– what if he accidentally headbutts you? or what if you don’t want to kiss him
– oh god what if you didn’t want to kiss him
-he fidgets around and stammers on his words, which isn’t like him at all
– “are you okay Yami?”
– you’ve never seen him so jumpy
– “yeah-of course i’m fine, why wouldn’t i be fine?”
– he’s a mess
– he sighs and tries to think back on the advice he asked the other guys
– “just do it” ; “grab her face and just put your mouth on hers” ; “slip your tongue into her mouth!”
– he never asked kaminari for help anymore
– you notice him staring into space, and you picked up on his little hints throughout the day
– how he was more affectionate than usual
– he would lean in closer when you guys were talking
– the way he’d stare at you and bite his lip before looking away
– he wanted to kiss you so bad
– you roll your eyes at him and grab his face
– his lips are surprisingly really soft
– but boy, he wasn’t expecting that
– he completely freezes, like stone cold freezes and doesn’t know what to do
– oh god, where does he put his hands? on your waist? on your shoulders? in your hair?
– you pull away before he can do anything else and he just stares at you wide eyed
– “What the fuck just happened?”
– “i kissed you, dummy.”
– “do it again, i still don’t recall what happened.”
