A wide grin
on his face, Taishirou whirls around just in time to see his partner trying to
sneak past him with hurried, quiet steps. They make a surprised sound and then
laughter rings through the living room as he scoops them up with a big
movement, sweeping them off their feet.

Taishirou
laughs right along with them, feeling them wriggle in his grasp and their head
falls back to lie on his shoulder as they keep laughing and giggling. He kisses
their neck and they’re still laughing, as he presses a grinning kiss to their
cheek.

“Got
you.” He says and they manage to twist enough in his arms to press a kiss
against his jaw and then his cheek in return.

“Did
you, or did I let you get me?” They tease, breathless from laughter.

“Ooh?”
Letting himself fall on the couch, he pulls them into a cuddle and his partner
leans back against him, wrapping their arms around him in return as best they
can. With a content, happy sigh, they sink against him. “We can always
have a rematch.”

“Later.”
His partner decides and tucks their head under his chin, humming happily. He
feels the easy, relaxed slope of their shoulders and the joy still hanging
around them, making his love smile softly.

“Love
you.” He murmurs as he kisses the top of their head and they smile wider,
taking hold of one of his hands to kiss his knuckles.

“I
love you too.”
