Okay so, I’m totally in love with Shindou after seeing him on the anime (I was dying too hear his voice and see how they’d animate him). I’m so into him that I even started a shortfic for him (the first chapter is 7k+ words LOL). And to write it, I had some headcanons for Shindou including nsfw.

Shindou has a good amount of experience with girls. He went out with lots of them, but at some point, he started to feel bored. The girls were to easy to have and he always made them do everything he wanted
So at this point, Shindou started looking for a valuable girl to be his definitve girlfriend. No more games. No more superficial relationships. He wants to be serious.
Shindou has a soft spot for difficult things, especially girls. The more difficult they are, the more he gests interested
When Shindou wants something, his pride totally disappears. He spares no efforts to get what he wants. When his objective is a person, he prefers a sincere and clear game.

I some way, this comes from the fact that Shindou is a light masochist.
His way to behave, hiding his true personality is a reflect from hard times he had on the past. He was always a intelligent person with a strong Quirk that he couldn’t deal with very well at first. Many times people approached him to take advantage from his intelligence. So, when he started to realize that people were using him, he decided that the best way to solve that it was to start doing the same. That’s how he learned to use his ‘polite and brilliant boy’ mask.
Plus, he suffered a lot with his Quirk during his life, and had a hard time to learn how to control it, use it and deal with the side effects. He took strong medicines for headache for a long period in his life, and still has to use them sometimes.
So, as he didn’t know how to use well his Quirk, people started to look down on him. That was another circunstance that made him become a two-faced person. It was the way he found to protect himself while inside that competitive world of heroes.
Shindou is a extremely affectionate boyfriend. He loves to know that he makes his girlfriend feel good and loved.
He’s always trying to make her laugh. He dies for her smile.
His pickup lines are the most brilliant in the world, and he’ll always use at leats one per day.
He’s a very good and curious learner. And that reflects in relantioships. He’s very good at getting the information he wants. Consequently, he’s good at asking question and sustaining a conversation.
He melts when his girlfriend praises him. He’s ego is off-stage, but it doesn’t means that isn’t big.
