“With all due respect, I cannot stay here. I cannot be worlds away from you, Daenerys.”
“You don’t understand the danger that waits for me in Westeros, my love. I can’t put you in harm’s way for a throne that means nothing to you,” Daenerys shouts. Her voice echoes loudly off the walls of the empty throne room.
“I don’t care. As long as I know you’re okay.”
“I care! I care and so you need to stay here where you’ll be safe. I’ll send letters, I swear it,” the blonde bargains desperately. She doesn’t want to have to order you around like you’re just another one of her subjects.
“I swore fealty to you, Dany! I swore to protect you with my last breath. I can’t do that if you leave me here. I’ll lose my mind.”
The ruler bows her head and accepts the fact that she isn’t strong enough to leave you and you both know it. With a shaky breath, she concedes.
