I think Mallek, with his s/o being a candy-red-blooded alien and all, would be pretty protective of his s/o, especially around other highbloods. Hissing and growling at trolls so as to tell them to stay away, being near/having an arm around his s/o, not to mention getting them stuff with his sign on them somewhere (and marking them with bite marks)
