How about headcanons of shouto being with a really pale s/o whos veins (mostly wrist and chest) are really visible

-Todoroki likes to trace his fingers lightly over the visibly veins when they’re alone and relaxing together; it’s gotten to the point where he doesn’t realize he’s doing it and his hands just move on their own

-When he first noticed the other’s veins were so visible, he asked them about it, like if something happened to make them like that or if it’s always just been like that

-Loves the face that he can see their veins because he finds that the blue and purple colors of the veins on their pale skin is a nice contrast and it makes it seem like their skin is like an art canvas

-Tells them that and places small kisses on the ones on their wrists when he’s feeling particularly romantic

-If the other is kind of self-conscious about it, he won’t push them or force them to love them because he realizes that there’s probably a reason why they don’t like them

-But he still tells them that he think’s they’re beautiful no matter what and nothing will change that

-Once, when he got mildly intoxicated, he found a pack of markers and started to draw other lines on his partner’s arms to make it look like a work of abstract/expressionist art
