Tamaki was walking through the dorm hallways at a languid pace, his head down as his thoughts raced constantly. He couldn’t help but let out a tired sigh, doing his internship as well as exams have really exhausted him.
But he knew in the back of his mind that there was something more to his lack of enthusiasm.
He hadn’t been able to strike up a conversation with you for two weeks. And these past two weeks have been utter hell for him the longer he stayed apart from you.
At first, he hated feeling his heart flutter at your every word, every smile you’d give him. The little things that you did were something he began to take notice of and he definitely would find it cute when you’d scrunch your nose all cutely, and—
“!!” Tamaki let out a small gasp, feeling gravity slip away from him as he fell to the ground.
He groaned in irritation as the bruise he got from earlier flared to life. With a small hiss, he rolled onto his back, and sat up to see what made him trip.
‘People can be so careless sometimes. Wait, isn’t that their journal?’ Tamaki thought to himself, his irritation fading into the rush of happiness he felt just from seeing it.
“They carry this with them everywhere, so what made them leave it here?” He asked himself, bending over to grab it, and he opened it to make sure it was theirs.
When he was flipping through the pages, his face began to flush when he saw all the little doodles they drew.
