doesn’t know what to make of this at first. Why is she suddenly
acting so shy around him? She’s not someone who’s easily
embarrassed! He’s had enough experience with her flirting to know
she’s a lot bolder than to be flustered about something. When he
puts two and two together and realizes it’s because of his outfit,
he actually starts acting the part. He takes her hand and spins her
into his arms, asking why her face is so red and why she’s having
trouble speaking. “Is it because I’m just too rich and powerful
for you? You’re intimidated, huh? Maybe it’s my good looks?”
Eventually he drops the act and just laughs, giving her a kiss, but
he has a lot of fun teasing her before that.
