Oh my God!! I love this blog and your writings <3 Could I ask for a fluff scenario with tyki's s / o, where she sing a lullaby to calm him down when he was in his Joyd (unicorn tyki) form?

(Aw, thank you so much! We’re glad you like our blog so much. This fic is sorta a divergence from what happened at the end of the Noah’s Ark arc in canon.)

Tyki Mikk was a charismatic guy. He was charming, sly, and sometimes mysterious. To those who were close to his light side, some might even call him silly. As someone who was very familiar with both sides of the Mikk coin, you got to experience the magnificent enigma that was your beloved Tyki Mikk. You had fallen in love with every side of him. You were so sure you had him figured out, that you knew him better than back of your own hand.

As it turns out, you thought wrong, but it wasn’t your fault, really. The rampaging beast that was destroying the last structure in the Ark caught everybody off guard–perhaps even Tyki himself, you wondered. You couldn’t say for sure, though, because he had been so quiet and still in his unconscious state only moments before.

“His true Noah memory has awakened,” Road answered your unasked question as she held you both steady on poor Lero’s small frame. If it had not been for Lero, you thought you might have been crushed beneath the crumbling and rolling debris. You weren’t entirely sure you understood the answer, though; you had seen Tyki in his Noah form plenty of times before. You figured now was not the time to be interrogating her, though. Instead, you had another brash idea.

“Lero! Can you get us in closer to Tyki?” You called over the ruckus of the battle. It wasn’t so much an actual battle anymore, as the Exorcists were retreating from the crazed Noah, hopping from one collapsing piece of floor to the other.

“Are you crazy, lero?!” Lero squealed in hysteria. “We’ll all be crushed, lero!”

“He’s right!” Road urged. “[Y/N], I don’t know what you’re thinking, but Tyki’s not in his right state of mind at the moment! He could seriously hurt you!”

“Please, Road, it’s the only option we have. I might be able to help him,” You looked into her gold eyes, pleading, “You have to at least let me try!”

Road gazed at you steadily for a moment, an eternity, before she stomped the heel of her shoe against Lero.

“You heard her! Take us in closer before I turn you into a pin cushion!”

Lero yelped, but did as he was told–not without any whining and grumbling under his breath, though. You pried yourself out of Road’s grip and hopped down on one of the few remaining steady platforms, wobbling a bit on impact, but managing to stay upright. You edged as close to Tyki as you were able to, and did the only thing you could think of.

You sang. You sang the same way as you did countless nights before, when Tyki had laid restless by your side in the late hours of the night. Your voice wavered a bit in fear as one of your lovers inhuman appendages that were swinging around violently. You gulped in a deep breath, and restarted, this time with a steadier voice. You were only able to raise your voice so loud, and for a moment you feared your voice would not reach him amidst the chaos. His head turned, however, towards where you were standing. You smiled as you sang, but it faltered when Tyki made as if to charge at you. The ground between the two of you split into a jagged fissure, and you almost fell down into the dark abyss below. Your voice cut off and before you could scream, Tyki was in front of you, pulling you towards him.

You felt safe in his arms. You believed you were finally able to reach him. So you raised a hand to his face, hesitating when he flinched in response. You began singing once more, and slowly, the swiping tendrils behind Tyki’s back slowed to a halt. His whole demeanor began to feel calm. He lowered the both of you to the ground, and suddenly he looked exhausted as the wounds from the battle prior to his loss of control caught up with him. His large form slumped forward against you, and you slowly lowered him onto your lap. Road hastily opened another door for the group of you, and she and Lero helped move Tyki’s unconscious form away from the crumbling Ark.
