This is just a concept sketch for a small headcanon I have. 
I like to think Mic didn’t have the best control over his quirk when he was younger. And sometimes when he got excited (which was always) his quirk would slip and it could range from really loud talking to an ear piercing, unhuman, audio feedback screech. And he’d get embarrassed every time it happened cause people would get mad, except Aizawa.
