Vampire Kuro with s/o headcanons

• Kuro is hella old. Like, older than christianity itself, maybe. Nobody really knows how old he is, but we definitely know he was around during the Heian period. But he was most likely around before that (that means he got lots of experience ;))
• Kuro buys his s/o really thoughtful gifts, and if he likes you enough, he’ll gift you with more antique things from his past.
• The more you get to know him, the less mysterious he’ll get, and the more he’ll open up about his past. He hides a lot of his memories from himself so he doesn’t have to deal with the fact that he’s outlived so many of his loved ones, and probably will outlive so many more, and that depresses him.
• Dates are super thoughtful and mainly quiet, he doesn’t really enjoy going to loud places or partying like that. The only loud date he would take you on is probably to see a concert, but mainly with him, dates consist of quiet walks to look at the cherry blossom trees, or changing of the leaves during fall, or the snow on branches when the trees are barren during winter. Yeah, he likes trees.
• Did someone say?? Love Letters?? Cause you’re getting a whole lotta those with this man as ur bf (btw, he has a family crest, so every letter you get will have a specific little enneagram that’s written in his blood or something)
• He isn’t very good at cooking since he never really needed to do it, considering he came from a family in which his father held a lot of power and cooking was done for him, and after he became a vampire it was just blood, and that speaks for itself. The only thing he can make okay-ish is probably white rice, but other than that, he can try, but you might need to help this poor man in cooking for you.
• Please b l e a s e get this man a cat. He really likes how cats are independent, and they’re natural hunters, much like him. The moment you two get a black cat, he’s naming it Yokāi, and when they drag a mouse carcass and give it to him as a symbol of affection and loyalty, he’ll melt.
• He gots bitey ones, so if he ends up hurting you with his fangs, please tell him. As dangerous as this man is, he’s very soft towards his s/o, so he doesn’t want to hurt them. However, he will if they so wish 😉
• Anime??? Sorry, he only knows the original black and white Manga, so it’ll be funny if you introduce him to anime even though it came from his country. Nonetheless, he’ll probably still like it, and his favorite vocaloid will most likely be the Kagamine twins. Along the lines of shows, I think he’d be a big fan of Bungou Stray Dogs.
• Has beef with fae, elf and other of those kinds of supernatural people. Mostly because when he had first become a vampire and traveled the world, a powerful fairy attempted to eat him when he was in Switzerland. As well as when he was traveling through Ireland, a leprechaun tried to rob him and shave his head(?), and when he was in Germany, a gorgeous Nymph who he had encountered forcefully tried to make him marry her through threatening the citizens of a village nearby. Needless to say, not the best experiences. He may be a little prejudiced, but you can help him learn to not associate those bad memories with every faerie he meets.
• Mmmm he’s down with the vampire council. He’s the Vice President, actually. Luciano is the President, Oliver is the Secretary, and Viktor is the Treasurer. Be careful though, if he brings you along and you’re not a vampire, the others might consider you his snack, and would ask him to share. He wouldn’t let that happen though, he’s pretty protective over you. 
• He prefers to sleep upside down?? In his closet?? Filled with curtains?? But he’ll sleep in the same bed a you if you want him to. Especially for the cuddles! He’s always cold, so having a warm s/o feels like heaven to him, especially considering how he likes to sleep with them during the day. If the nocturnal thing is a turn-off for you, then it’s gonna be a bit difficult for you two, but he’ll try his best to fix his schedule, or you could adjust yours. If you adjusted your schedule, then he’ll lie you even more, since it shows you put effort into the relationship, which’ll make him even more loyal to you.
