– Him being a bit surprised when he realise he is spending a lot of time thinking on you, a simply human, only to admit to himself his feelings for you, but telling you not a word
– Him moving his castle near to your village to keep an eye on you, to eventually invite you to his place
– Him having a attitude cold and distant, even a little cocky, around you, because is his way to keep you attention on him.
– Him trying to impress you with his castle, his science objects and even his powers, showing you how many marvellous things he can give to you
– Him supporting you no matter what are you trying to do or to be, teaching you if necessary, and being secretly proud of your advances and progress.
– Him keeping any other person with a romantic interest on you as far as he can from you, because you are his and his only. If that include give that person a piece of his mind, he will do it; if that include mutilate or kill… well, he is up for this too.
– Him finally telling you about his feelings when he can’t hide them more, but explaining it as a marvellous oportunity for you to join his world and to enjoy the incredible things he owns
