Genji had gotten better over the years, gone were the days when he would almost tare your throat out due to self-hatred and just wanting more blood than he needed. More often than not McCree had to come to your rescue, stopping the angry Shimada who was just a breath away from bleeding you dry, to throw him on the ground and rush you to the infirmary.
Something softer, more caring replaced those once glowing red eyes with something more human. A man who is finally at peace with what happened to him.
The teeth on your neck were gentler, the pain is gone soon, not lingering as it once did in the past where you would be crying the entire time, but now your body warmed and you throw your arms around Genji’s neck holding him as close as possible. Earning a chuckle from Genji while he licked the two pinpricks in your neck stopping the flow of blood instantly.
“Better than the past?” Genji asked, looking away from you before you nodded your head yes, and cupping his face in your hands.
“Yes, you’re much kinder, gentle and mindful that you were in the past,” you replied, the sound of your voice made Genji look directly into your eyes.
“I am sorry for how I acted then. You should not have suffered due to my anger,” Genji mumbled, leaning into your touch, kissing your fingertips when you touched his lips, “I hope that you will forgive me, and still keep me well.”
“Of course I’ll keep you well, unlike back then, I’m sure that I can knock you on your ass now!”
Genji laughed at your words, for a good long while before you pulled him down for a kiss. Shocking the vampire, before he relaxed and gave into the kiss. Enjoying this small moment between the two of you.
Omg, vamp genji!!! I thrive off the idea that once he has his cyborg body it runs on blood.
