I really loved the headcanons you did for when the Chocobros reacted to their s/o kicking ass for the first time! Can you do the same headcanons but for Cloud & Zack (FFVII)?

Heck yeah, I really love those two! Thank you anon, here’s your headcanons!

Cloud:

• Cloud is so protective of you
• Almost to the point of overdoing it a little sometimes
• He just cares a lot about you and doesn’t want you getting hurt
• So he doesn’t let you do anything dangerous
• Until you notice he’s surrounded by enemies 
• And decide to give him a hand, he won’t notice
• He’s too busy fighting to realize you’re getting in on it too
• You start slaying enemies left and right no problem
• “Cloud, are you okay?” It’s then that he notices
• “Y/N, get to safety right n-” And then he sees
• You’re still kicking ass while talking to him
• He has to focus on the battle and not in you
• But when everything’s over he goes over to you
• “Are you hurt, Y/N?” He seems so worried still
• “I’m fine, not a scratch, and you?” 
• He’s not worried about himself so he doesn’t answer
• “You can fight…”
• “I tried to tell you, but…”
• He stares at you, feeling so bad for his behavior
• Cloud knows he was overprotective and realizes his mistake
• You’re just so small and innocent looking, so precious to him
• “I’m sorry, Y/N, I didn’t mean to belittle you, I-”
• “I know, I love you too” You both hug/kiss
• Everything’s okay between you two
• He feels more at ease now and so do you
• “Your fighting is great, by the way”
• “Thanks, Cloud!”
• You might start training together from then on

Zack:

• He’s to busy fighting to realize you are too
• But suddenly this little spark ignites in his brain
• He gets really worried and turns around quickly
• “Y/N! Are you-?”
• Then he sees you and stares in awe, mouth agape
• He takes a moment to watch you fight
• You are seriously kicking ass! 
• You don’t notice he’s watching until you hear him laugh
• He lets out a genuine chuckle of astonishment
• “Zack, you saw?” 
• He grins widely and walks up to you
• “Yeah, I saw! You never told me you were so badass!”
• You blush a little, flattered, and nod
• “I mean, I’ve always known you’re awesome, but…”
• “I didn’t know what you would think about it…”
• You’re a bit self-conscious about it
• He always thought you were so small, so innocent and candid
• But Zack seems delighted with this new discovery
• “Are you kidding? I love it, you’re tiny, cute and badass?”
• “Stop it…” You’re glad that he likes it but he’s embarrassing you
• “What, little Y/N is shy?” 
• Of course he teases you about it, though
• “Are you gonna kick my ass now?” 
• You chuckle in the end, happy with the result
