Dating Asra Would Include:
– him cooking all your favorite meals, and your comfort food
– conversations over tea (because he’s very zen like that, y’all know)
– he’d be very protective of you, duh
– he’d praise and compliment you a lot, make you blush and all – back rubs!! head rubs!! aND C U D D L E S IN!!! BED!!!
– I feel like he would hold your chin and tilt your face up to him so he knows he has your undivided attention
– him teasing you, and teasing you (I trust you all know the difference that I’m pertaining to ;>)
– but one day you wake up and find him preparing to leave, and you feel hurt because this isn’t the first time he’s done this; now you have the chance to confront him about it
– you get out of bed and approach him silently, and he’s already dressed and packing his bag in swift and quiet movements, practised movements
– but he drops an apple in surprise when your voice cuts through the dimly lit receiving area of the shop, “Leaving again?” your eyes pierce through him, saying the words you didn’t let past your lips, “Without me? Without a proper goodbye?”
– he faces you and produces a small flame in the palm of his hand that floated to the nearest lantern, helping the both of you see each other clearly
– he looks sad but smiles at you, “I’m sorry, I didn’t want to wake you.”
– “I’d rather see you off, honestly. Waking up to an empty side of the bed hurts.” the more you talk, you take slow steps towards him and the more his expression mirrors the hurt on your own
– “I want more than that, I want to go with you.” he opens his mouth to say something but you cut him off, and his eyes widen in surprise for the second time now “Don’t say that it’s too dangerous for me, you’re going out there alone.”
– you’re right in front of him now and you take his hands in yours, “I want to be a part of it. Everything. Take me with you. Please.”
– it’s dead silent for a moment, and he looks down from your gaze and you hold in a breath, scared of what he will say
– but your eyes practically bulge out of your sockets when he mutters a single word, “Alright.”
– he chuckles at the look on your face, “Well, go on, pack the things you need.” he cocks an eyebrow at you when you don’t move and says your name, “Are you alright? Did you hear what I just said?”
– “I did,” you manage to find your words “I just didn’t expect it to be so easy, convincing you, I mean. You’ve been leaving like this for so long I thought…”
– he holds your chin so you face him, and you meet his gaze again “How could I say no? Especially when you’re this demanding.”
– this makes heat rise up to your cheeks and he smirks, you turn to fetch your things when he calls out “You’re coming with me, but you’re going to follow a few rules.”
– you turned your head to him so fast you almost gave yourself whiplash, “Rules?”
– he just smiles calmly at you, looking at you through his eyelashes “You’re never leaving my side. Understood?” you nod “It’s the world I don’t trust, not you.”
– you smile and go to him, happily sponging kisses from his cheek to the juncture of his shoulder and neck “Understood. Thank you.”
– he hums, wraps his arms arms around your waist and nips at your ear “Mhm, I should’ve thought of more rules for you to follow if you’re going to be this obedient.”
– at that, you laugh and swat his chest
