I think he is the most logical and relatable in general. Edward is what a true 100% English gentlemen really is. From the stereotypical things that are expected, such as pulling your chair out for you, holding the door open, and waiting for you to walk inside before himself to just being the pure being he is.
He definitely treats you with the upmost respect because as his partner and soulmate, a relationship is built on it, as well as trust. Will never lay a damn hand on you, the mere thought of doing so would make him feel sick to his stomach and visibly upset.
Isn’t the kind of man to assume things or jump to conclusions. If you were acting petty, or dismissing him he would definitely confront you about it first. Maybe you’re upset with him, maybe not. It’s just better to ask, and solve the problem in a logical manner. Ya dig?
Wouldn’t ever lie to you, or even be dishonest. He’s your ride or die, would never ever cheat on you. He is not capable of cheating on the person that means the most to him. He has a few friends, or peers that engage in a “secret affair” with people that aren’t their beloved. He always tries to distance himself with people like that. Doesn’t want you to assume the worst of him.
We already discussed trust, but the boy also values courage, pride, and honor. Chivalry is his middle name. Just a typical Knight you know? Has definitely used “princess” as a nickname for you.
Edward is extremely protective of you, shocker. He alway accompanies his s/o on walks, especially at night. If you want to walk alone, let him know, but be prepared for him to try to argue about it. He can be possessive, but if it’s too much he will figure it out and calm down, at least if he notices your becoming upset with him by it. Yeah he can be jealous, but not because he thinks you’ll leave him.

Edward treasures three women in his life: His sister, His mother, and you. This is not in any particular order, he will never choose between all three of you. You’re gonna have to worry about getting on their good side though. Lizzy isn’t a problem, will definitely love you right away and want to be your best friend. Momma Midford is a different story. You’re dealing with a momma’s boy, don’t worry it’s not cause she doesn’t like you, she just loves her babies. He loves his family, so he will try to enforce many family activities with you included, when everyone isn’t busy.
He has a very conservative view on things. Argue with him if you will, he won’t ever escalate it and yell at you for it. But he will sulk, and sink in his seat. He isn’t one for PDA, he won’t mind holding your hand or holding you by your waist in public. If you kiss on anywhere, even on the cheek. The prepare for him to stop function. You can tell when he’s about to stop functioning when his cheeks go red.
Wouldn’t be pleased if you’re wearing something too revealing, not because he doesn’t think you’re beautiful. He just doesn’t want people to think of you in a way he knows you aren’t. If you wear things like that for him in private, then that’s a different story. . filled with a lot of eye aversion and heavy blushing, but not really cause he still trying to take a peep.
So so cute, he can go from “hello sir I’m here to take your daughter out” to “your daughter calls me daddy too”. He’ll deny it, and doesn’t think he can be suave. But, as well all saw on the Blue Cult Arc. . he really can be. If he is instructed and taught to be at least. He gathers up his courage to do it. He can’t do it on command, but he can pull that shit naturally. I’m talking about putting his hand on the side of your face being pressed on the nearby wall as his lips are mere inches from your own.
He knows lizzy likes dresses and things like that, so he’ll buy you things like that all the time. With the help of lizzy of course, he isn’t fashionable at all. If you tell him to wear something, or buy him an outfit. HE WILL WEAR IT.
He likes to take strolls around London as dates, he also likes to take you out to eat as dates as well. He doesn’t mind really where you guys go. He doesn’t plan things too, they just kind of happen. All his dates are filled with pure love and adoration though. He really does love you.
You guys spend most of the time at his home in his family’s garden. Everyone can tell how in love you are with eachother.
When he talks to you he’s calm, relaxed, and believe it or not, can make really funny jokes. Enjoy your time with him please.
Will always want to play games with you, like cricket. He loves playing outdoorsy games and doing outdoorsy stuff in general so. If this was modern times, he would definitely make you hike with him is all I’m saying.
Sometimes he just grabs your face and starts to just stare at your eyes. Pulls your hair back, and rubs your back. He just wants to know you’re there, and you’re real. That this love is real, and the stars above you both are real. The world isn’t perfect, not one bit. But, if you stay here, next to him, and love him as he loves you. He can fight anything that tries to come between the both of you.
