Men React to S/o who thinks they aren’t good enough for them

Trevor:

• He laughs
• He can’t help it
• “You? You think that you’re not good enough for me ? Have you even seen me? If anything I don’t deserve you but I’d like to keep you anyway”
• He finds it funny that you put him in a pedestal when from his perspective he practically worships you
• It’s really eye opening
• You both talk it out and he’s very good at comforting you and making you feel loved.

Alucard:

• He’s surprised but not entirely shocked
• He had a feeling that your insecurities couples with his confidence would bring about this ideal
• He’s very quick to comfort you with times were he wasn’t perfect
• He’ll bring himself down to earth and tell you that he’s just like you
• And that he’s in love with you
• If it persists he’ll be at a loss, unsure how to go about convincing you otherwise
• But he will try and give you lots of love and hope that helps

Hector

• He doesn’t know how to react at first.
• He’s surprised that you think he’s above you in any way
• “Sweetie, what can I do to prove to you my love is genuine? “
• He tried to make up for making you feel this way
• Gifts, dates and suprises galore
• He’s actually running out of ideas
• He wants to have a nice long talk about it and tries to avoid asking why you think so highly of him

Isaac

• He is certainly honored that you hold him in such high regard that you think he is more valuable than you
• In fact he feels that way about you
• You both sit down for a long time and talk this out
• He confides his insecurities to you and you do the same
• Over the course of a few hours you both are convinced that you just simply love each other very deeply
• And you’re both just being hard on yourselves

Dracula:

• He just laughs
• “Why on earth would you think something like that?”
• He will cradle you close and kiss your tears away
• “I have never once thought that you were not good enough for me. I love you, you are perfect just the way you are.”
• He doesn’t know what to say or do to make these feelings go away
• He just simply tells you the truth
• He loves you

Godbrand:

• “Shit… that is terrible.”
• He knew he wanted to comfort you but he had no idea how to do that
• He hugged you and assured you he was attracted to you
• Of course he couldn’t think of a non-provacative way to prove that
• He just kind of rambled together some bullshit
• “You know. I’m flattered you think I’m too good for you- wait no I’m- that’s not what I meant to say.”
• He is very unfamiliar with making someone feel better.
• “Dear, let me assure you that I love you, even if saying it is a little difficult sometimes. You’re perfect for me.”
