-catching Loki’s eye before either of you realize who the other is

-he realizes you’re related to Tony first and part of him says he should really back off because of it but this is Loki and he does what he wants

-having low key dates for a while

-introducing him to human earth things

-like carnivals where you win him a teddy bear at a ball tossing game and he is so touched that he also wins you a prize, but the prize he gets you is absolutely huge because this guy throws knifes like a boss ass bitch so his aim is fire

-you dragging the huge teddy into Stark tower and getting caught by Tony

-he presses and presses and presses on who got you the Teddy

-you finally agree to having Loki over for dinner in the next week

-Calling Loki and he’s like “Tony is not going to like this.” but he agrees anyways because you want him to.

-Loki shows up and the second he walks through the door with you Tony is just like “no. nope. no. no. no Y/N, no.”

-you and Pepper have to convince Tony not to try to forcibly remove Loki from the premises

-sitting down for dinner and Pepper is forced to make the bulk of the conversation

-Tony just sits there with his arms crossed like the toddler man child that he is

-Loki actually being on his best behaviour, after all, he is a prince so boys got manners

-he helps clean up and everything

-the two of you in the kitchen washing dishes

-Pepper and Tony whisper fighting in the other room about it

-Pepper insists that Tony be civil, after all you’ve never really liked someone enough to bring them home but here Loki is, which means something

-they walk into the kitchen to see you and Loki sharing a tender moment and Tony fake barfs for a solid minute

-Loki leaves and you come back up to see Tony sitting there ready to give you an intervention

-somehow he’s worked together a powerpoint on why Loki sucks, you suspect he messaged the others at the start of the dinner and they sent him a finished copy for this moment

-most of the points are lame but there is the super valid point of Tony having anxiety attacks because of the alien attack on New York

-so that is actually legit

-you’re not sure how you’re going to get around that

-but Loki is different now. you can attest to it, so can Thor

-inviting Loki over more in the hopes that he will grow on Tony

-at first, Tony leaves every time Loki shows up

-finally Loki just sits Tony down and straight up apologizes

-he apologizes for everything. 

-he gushes about loving you and loving how good you are and how you make him want to be better and he is better and that you and Thor have helped him so much and he’s just super sorry

-Tony doesn’t accept right away but thats okay, he can mull it over

-lots of Tony ranting to Pepper about how he’s still mad. Pepper is smart AF so she’s just like, you can still be mad and that’s okay, but we need to start to accept that Loki is part of Y/N’s life and you’ll have to get used to him being around, so it might be easier if you mull it over some more

-Tony spends so much time thinking about it

-you and Loki continue to date and it’s obvious how happy you make each other

-Thor hangs out with you and Loki a lot

-you always invite Tony as well but he always declines

-but he sees all your pictures of the three of you out and about

-he finally shows up at the restaurant that you, Loki and Thor are at and you’re all shocked

-but he makes a toast to family and the way you smile makes Tony know he made the right decision

-the rest of the Avengers are shocked that Tony actually tries to forgive Loki

-Thor starts calling Tony brother which he is not a fan of

-then Loki’s over one day and you and Pepper go to another room to look at something and Loki asks Tony if it’s alright if he asks you to marry him

-Thor had been trying to get Tony used to the idea by calling him brother but it had not softened the blow AT ALL

-Tony wants to say no. he does. but… he sees the way Loki makes you happy. so he sighs and says fine.

-Loki asks you to marry him and you of course say yes

-the avengers are shooketh

-some don’t want to come to the wedding.

-but Tony sits them all down and tells them they’re all going to be there.

-once more, avengers be shook

-but they all show up

-and Tony is there for you the entire way, walking you down the aisle and everything before taking his spot next to Thor and Loki

-Tony set up robots everywhere to take amazing pictures of everything so your wedding is super well documented

-he does a speech and mostly just talks about how happy you have been since meeting Loki and how it’s a nice change, no matter what the past, the future is bright and as long as you’re happy, he is too

-having a dance with Tony at the wedding and it being super soft and cute until he sends you back to your ‘husband’ and he chokes up a little before Pepper comes and hugs him for being a cutie

-Tony’s wedding gift is something huge, like paying for the entire honeymoon at some amazing tropical resort and two matching iron man suits ready to be deployed if either of you is ever harmed

-i don’t know it would be tough but Tony would accept it, because he does so much for those he loves, and he loves you, so he’d do it for you.
