Not many people know about this but Aizawa is a huge romantic, and although it’s not something he’s ashamed of admitting, he much rather prefer to keep that side of himself, for your eyes only and nobody else.
Though you respected his decision, and whatnot, you can’t help but letting out a few mess ups. You can’t help but brag about him, whenever the topic centers around Aizawa! However lately you’ve been doing a good job, at keeping your lips closed.
It’s not like Aizawa was embarrassed or ashamed of your little habit, much the opposite, he’s honored and flattered beyond belief, that you care about him enough to constantly compliment him, (even if others claim it as ‘annoying’) though knowing some people would make a fuss out of it, (*cough* Present Mic *cough*) so to avoid that, Aizawa takes extra measures to keep his relationship a secret, especially from his co-workers.
However one day you couldn’t help but spill the beans (there wasn’t even beans and to spill in the first place), it all started after you went on a date with Aizawa, it was especially romantic and you were dying to gush over it with someone, but you might have overshared and start going on a long tangent…
“He’s just the best, Nemuri! Honestly I’m the luckiest woman in the world, to have such a gentlemen as my man!”
Unknown to you, as you were gushing and rambling how amazing Aizawa was, he was right behind you the whole time, (not that you would have care, I’m fact if you knew he was behind you sooner, you would have said much more)
Once you did notice however, Aizawa was a bumbling mess and didn’t know what to say, he was embarrassed beyond words but he still wanted to hear you compliment him more.
It’s something that you tease him about till this day and even though his co-workers have even more of a reason to annoy him, he wouldn’t want it any other way.
