“I really don’t think he’s our biggest problem with this bill. Our biggest problem is going to be-” Duncan stopped speaking to his mother and uncle at the first sound of a child’s laughter. He smiled, knowing exactly what was headed towards him.
His son came bounding around the corner, waving a paper in his hand as he did, “Daddy! Daddy, look!” He rushed to his father, not waiting to be lifted onto his lap. The boy had already begun to climb his way up.
Duncan lifted the boy, setting him on his knee as he beamed at his son’s excitement, “What do we have here?”
“Duncan, we have things to-” He cut off his Uncle’s complaints with a steely gaze. His mother simply smiled on at the sight of her son and grandson. Duncan was exactly the father she knew he’d be. Attentive and fiercely devoted.
Y/N followed not a minute later, out of breath and apologetic, “I’m sorry, babe. He’s a fast one,” she reached her arms out to her toddler, “We’ll get out of your hair,”
Duncan shook his head, “It’s not a bother at all. He was showing me this amazing drawing. Did you show Grandma?” He asked the boy who shook his head.
He hopped off his father’s lap and over to his grandmother. The talk of the bill could wait. Washington was always on the verge of a meltdown but it’s not everyday his son makes a picture of a dinosaur.
Long awaited, long overdue, I was actually prompt(o)ed to write these because my friend @thechocoboos who is an avid Prompto lover, is having a bit of a FFXV withdrawal. Here, please enjoy these.
Can I start by saying, plenty plenty plenty of pictures. This is a main facet of what he enjoys doing, so he’s definitely going to share it with you; in fact, sharing his photography with you makes him love it (and you) even more.
He’s going to introduce you to Noct with no hesitation, and from there you’ll most likely meet (and also most likely become friends with) Gladio and Ignis. It took a minute to figure out how you were supposed to act around the Prince, but after seeing him and Prompto interact for like, ten seconds max, you knew you didn’t have to change your behavior at all
Prompto loves to cook for you, even if he always prefaces it with “It’s nothing like Iggy’s, but I hope you like it!” You’ll have to tell him that you like his food better – there’s something more special about your boyfriend’s cooking than Iggy’s. (He might cry when you tell him that)
He’s a giant cuddlebug so you’ll never have to worry about not having a cuddle partner for movie night or any other occasion. Prompto loves cuddling so much and he’s ready and willing to cuddle at any time
Speaking of movie night, every other Friday night, the two of you load up on snacks and your favorite films and grab a huuuuuge blanket to hunker down on the couch and just enjoy each other and watch.
