-Kurt knew your mouth had been hurting lately, and didn’t want you in pain so he was happy when you told him you were going to get help for it, he didn’t know what was going to be done though.
-so when you arrived back at the mansion after your dentist visit, groggy and disoriented from the left over effect of anesthetics and strong pain meds, cheeks stuffed with bloody gauze Kurt was borderline frantic
-he kept asking what happened, in his worry he kept switching from English to German, mixed with the drugs and pain, accidentally giving you an unwanted headache
-Charles wheeled up to Kurt explained what had happened, and Kurt, never having been to a dentist thought it sounded terrifying and didn’t understand why Nurse Hank couldn’t have helped you instead
-he had screeched, his golden yellow eyes wide as saucers when Charles said your teeth were removed, he also thought he meant all your teeth
-after he talked with Charles he quickly bamfed away to find you, you weren’t hard to find, tugging at your lip and saying you couldn’t feel your face (he would have laughed at how your voice sounded if it were a different situation)
-he suggested taking you to your room for a nap, which you adamantly protested and kept saying you needing to go fly fishing tonight with a llama Scott
-Kurt gave you a sympathetic little smile and took you to the comfy couch in a quiet part of the library so you could rest
-you still needed to go fly fishing, but agreed to lay on the couch with Kurt only because he promised to read to you
-he carried your medicine with him everywhere,
-brought you soft foods whenever you were hungry, (there was no ice cream in the mansion for weeks)
-each time you would wince or groan from pain he would whimper quietly, his tail waving anxiously and wishing he could take your pain from you
-if anyone tried to bother you about anything Kurt would growl in their direction, saying you needed to rest before leading you away from the annoyance.
-lots of forehead and cheek kisses, he would mutter small prayers hoping you felt better and healed quickly
-for weeks after Kurt is too scared to kiss you, worried he will cause you more pain even though you’ve said you feel much better
-All in all he tried his best to make sure you were comfortable, bamfing away to fetch anything you needed
Kurt is such a little kitty, purring, perching on things, small movements out of the corner of his eye catching his attention, but I 100% believe when he’s excited about something his tail wags like a puppy
Here’s a little thing because Scotty Summers has the worst luck
Scott’s sitting around, acting ‘cool’ on one of the couches, Kurt sits curled up on a separate couch reading, and then…he sneezes. Just before Kurt’s s/o walks into the room. His loud sneeze echoes and scares Kurt half the death, the loud noise spooking him into immediately bamfing away to hide behind his S/o, basically clinging to their back like a koala.
They don’t know what Scott did, or care. They just know Scott is the reason poor little Kurt’s heart is beating a mile a minute and still freaked out. His s/o gets a deadly glint in their eye glaring daggers at poor Scotty who knows he just fucked up biiig time and tries to stutter out apologies while quickly backing away from them -Cut scene to- Scott being chased through the gardens by Kurt’s s/o shouting for Jean to come save him, Kurt trying to tell his s/o it’s ok and not to kill Scott but happy nonetheless
imagine Kurt walking up to you, wringing his hands shyly and tapping on your shoulder. When you turn around you smile at him making him even shyer and his tail moves from behind him, handing (or tailing?) you a bouquet of flowers before quickly bamfing away.
–Once Kurt teleported you both onto the mansion’s roof to watch the sunset, (one of his favorite things to do) and you almost slid off. He quickly caught you with his tail, apologizing that he sometimes forgets not everyone is as agile as him.
–So so much cuddling together. Kurt is such a little love bug.
–Laying together with Kurt snuggled into your side, his tail curled around you while you trace his angel markings
–Kurt gets spooked by things really easy, loud noises, things falling, bright flashes which make him think of the fighting ring, whenever he gets spooked he immediately bamfs to your locations and clings to you like a frightened koala
That doesn’t happen every time though, other times he jumps and hisses at the offending noise like a kitty.
You lowkey find the hissing a bit of a turn on and one time pined him to the sofa kissing him senseless after he hissed at Peter for something
–He loves your attention and affection, he just soaks it all up with an adorable smile
–Kisses, cuddles, snuggling, hugs, hand holding, anything and everything he just loves being around you and being affectionate
–Kurt never had many possessions of his own while he lived with the circus, whenever you get him a little gift, maybe something that reminded you of him or just a little trinket he’s always surprised and his heart melts because “for me, Liebe?” he has the biggest heart warming smile and loves whatever you gave him
The first few times you got him a little gift he started tearing up because no one ever gave him things like that before, he pulled you into a hug repeatedly telling you thank you. You were confused at the time because ‘Kurt? it’s just a book I thought you’d like baby’
–Back to the cuddling thing, (pretend you’re like me for this if you don’t) you love soft things, you have tons of blankets and fluffy pillows and giant stuffed animals pilled around your room and when Kurt first saw this his eye lit up like a child on Christmas. Your room became his favorite place to cuddle since it was the comfiest spot.
–Kurt’s favorite cuddling position it laying partially on top of you, curled into your side with his head on your chest while you play with his hair, it nuzzles into your hand and purrs at the feeling.
–One time when you couldn’t find him anywhere you went to your room and found Kurt had fallen asleep under a pile of stuffed animals and pillows on your bed, his arms wrapped around your favorite stuffy as his tail twitched in his sleep. You couldn’t contain your ‘Awww’ and woke him up, he smiled at you and soon you both wasted the rest of the day curled up together napping on fluffy things.
–Kurt is always eager to try new things, so you take him fun places all the time. One of his favorites was going to the fair, on a few of the rides he got scared and accidentally teleported away (into the petting zoo area) but his favorite part was the cotton candy without a doubt.
with some help from a metal bending mutant and Hank, some special ice skates were made for Kurt’s feet. You tried to teach him to skate but it was a big of a disaster, it was kind of funny to watch though. Especially when he lost his balance and his tail grabbed Scott’s arm trying to steady himself but just crushed Scott instead.
–Kurt doesn’t like winter, he hates how cold the snow is but loves cuddling with you in front of the fireplace, wrapping in a blanket and drinking hot coco.
–It’s hard for you to hold hands which makes him sad, but you like having your arms linked together and holding onto his fingers.
–Kurt gets sidetracked a lot when you’re out at new places, a good way to get his attention is tugging his tail (something you learned from Jubilee).
–Kurt loves when you give him nicknames, he smiles shyly or brightly depending on the moment and always gets a “Warm and fuzzy feeling inside” when you call him one, some of your favorites are Blueberry, My sweet little Cinnamon Roll, Kitten, and Fuzzy Elf.
–*Cough* Kurt doesn’t bruise like regular people, instead of spots turning darker on his blue skin they turn a light lavender color, something he hadn’t realized and you didn’t know about when after a bit of fun together with you earlier, he walked past the squad with his neck and chest covered in light purple splotches, when he figured out what they were from he became flustered, cheeks also turning a lavender and bamfed away.
Jean and Jubilee figured it out soon after and starting laughing to herself, making the boys completely confused.
Later when Kurt showed you the bruises you smirked a little, (what? you were happy people would know he’s taken.) You explained to him that they were hickies, or the term he liked more, love bites and when he asked why you were smiling about them, he couldn’t help but smile too. He proudly wore his lavender spots, even if he was a bit shy about it
–Kurt’s tail is extremely strong so he likes hanging upside down from branches to give you (Spider-Man like style) kisses.
–You knew Kurt was an acrobat in the circus but you never knew just how flexible he really was, something you had fun putting to good use *wink*
–Kurt is not someone to get jealous a lot, he doesn’t actually know what it is when he does get jealous. He just kind of wants your attention when you’re giving it to someone else, kind of like a puppy. He bamf’s himself next to you a introduces himself to the person with a friendly smile, his tail wrapping around your waist as he rests his head on your shoulder while you continue your conversation.
–He has the cutest little kitten sneezes and his nose scrunches up you always get the urge to squeal at his adorableness.
–You’re convinced he’s part cat mutant, he likes perching on things, he hisses, he loves curling up into a little ball, and his kitten like purring.
–Kurt has always been insecure about his looks, especially because of all the stares he gets but you think he’s just adorable (who wouldn’t?) and loves that you think he looks like a ‘little blue elf’
You always tell him he’s perfect in your eyes, which is the truth and it always makes him blush and hide his face in your neck while smiling
–When you sleep together he likes wrapping his arms around your waist, legs tangled together and tail around you and nuzzling his head into your stomach.
He purrs himself to sleep a lot too.
–Kurt’s tail is a lot of things, an extra hand of sorts, extremely strong, an easy way to see his emotions, and you ended up figuring out a few more things about it.
–If you rub or message the spade tip of his tail, Kurt immediately relaxes, all tension leaving him and he purrs contently with a soft smile on his face while half asleep
If you rub the base of his tail though,,,it has a whole different affect on the little blueberry, a low moan leaving his lips mixed with the purring in his throat. His eyes shoot open, starring at you (he didn’t even know of this little trick) almost panting at the feeling as you rubbed his base, a playful glint in your eye seeing him just begging to be kissed…..
This base-of-the-tail-rubbing action quickly leads to some other fun ‘activities’ ; )
Peter Maximoffer!: cupping Peter’s face in your hands and smooshing his cheeks together before booping his nose making him go cross eyed with a smile
Kurt Wagner: always randomly wrapping your arms around Kurt’s shoulders to hug him but leaning up and kissing the tip of his nose making his eyes squeeze shut happily and his nose scrunch up while giggling at you
Peter Parker: locking your arms around Peter in a tight hug and peppering kisses all over his face until he can’t stop giggling, giving a squeal of your name and half heartedly attempting to push you off
Warren Birb: surprising Warren throughout the day by coming up behind him wrapping your arms around his chest and nuzzling into his neck and kissing his cheek before going on with whatever you were doing, leaving a red faced bird boy behind
Even at the mansion surrounded by other mutants, there are still some people who will make comments about Kurt’s color and looks. This is something Kurt had come to accept he would have to live with, he tried not to let it bother him even though it hurt. But his s/o didn’t. If ANYONE says ANYTHING about their little sweet blueberry and they are ready to k i l l.
Kurt’s s/o hears some little punk makes a comment about Kurt’s mutation and his S/o angrily stalks up to them furious and ready to destroy them for hurting her little blueberry’s feelings and possibly, if caught, live the rest of their lives as sheep farmers in Switzerland. After giving them a piece of their mind, and possibly a long trip to the infirmary S/o is pulled off by Jean and Warren before they could do more damage, no one hurts Kurt. Not even that giant mutant who is 3 foot taller and made of bricks. (he’s scared of Kurt’s s/o now btw) Kurt was so surprised when his s/o first went to defend him, no one had ever done anything like that before. His heart absolutely swelled watching them stick up for him, his eyes grew big and his tail swished in amazement. Once they were finished, his s/o stalked away from the beaten and bruised offender and dragged Kurt to their dorm, pulling him with them onto the bed to cuddle, holding him against their chest, Kurt’s tail around their waist and their arms around him protectively. Kissing him gently and whispering sweet things about how perfect he is
Everyone quickly learned not to say anything about the little blue boy, but if anyone did have the nerve they figured it out quick. Kurt didn’t mind though anymore, truly, because he knows his s/o protects him and he just swells with love. Plus, it always ends with him and his s/o snuggled together with remedies of kisses and cuddles
Kurt: A sweet little blueberry to good for this world, he loves trying new things, which includes whatever dance he sees someone doing. Being extremely flexible from his circus days he can do some impressive moves. If you compliment him though he will get all shy and blush avoiding eye contact
Alex: He’s not normally one for dancing, unless it’s sleepily slow dancing with you in the kitchen, on early mornings still half asleep with the sun just peeking through the blinds.
Scotty: Scott’s a stick in the mud, he wont dance because he’s ‘cool’ or at least thinks he is. But always tags along with everyone else for fun.
Warren: Warren does not dance. He knows how to dance, being from a wealthy family he was taught how to properly dance at a young age and hated it. You can drag him to the floor but he will just stand there being a pouty bird
Peter: He has all the new dance moves down, he moon walks out of a situation quite often.(forget disco though, not his thing) he likes to dance ridiculously to make you laugh and tries to get you to join him, you might be too busy giggling at him though Modern!Peter would have every Just Dance memorized and have competitions with the squad, mainly Jubilee.
Jubilee: Being the little ray of sunshine she is, she loves to dance to anything upbeat and fun, dragging you out to dance a weekly thing at least.
Hank: Hank tries his best to be romantic, even if he is clumsy and trips over his words quite often. It’s cute, him or you will put on an old record and you usually stand on his feet though or he’ll trip over them himself.
Jean: Jean is a pro. At many things, including dance. Usually with Jubilee or her s/o, but more composed about it, she’s very graceful with her movements even when she’s just dancing for fun.
Kurt loves curling up in your lap like a cat and wrapping his tail about your torso and if you play with his hair he will make little purring sounds
KURT IN MATING SEASON he’s super super affectionate during this time (he always is, but now its like tripled somehow) always nuzzling into your neck and giving you lots of sweet little kisses he’s far too shy to initiate any ahem ‘mating’ (overdrive instincts or no, that’d be on you) but he’s extremely lovey and clingy, his tail wagging happily always wrapping his tail around your waist or arm, holding your hand, all around being a super sappy sweetheart doing anything for your attention and love
