– Him asking you questions about everything and always attentively listening to your explanations
– You learning German phrases from him overtime
– Him being shy about kissing you, or holding you in front of the other students
– But him also grabbing your hand instantly at any sign of danger, on missions or otherwise, because he’s terrified to lose you
– Him always trying to plan cute and romantic dates
– Kurt randomly teleporting to where you are
– Reassuring him about the little things like how he looks, and how you love him
– You patiently listening to Kurt’s long rambles whenever he is nervous about something, which is usually often
– Him trying out all of his jokes on you first, and his face lighting up whenever he makes you laugh
– Him being able to teleport the two of you anywhere, which means not having to walk all the way to the kitchen for snacks, or being able to get away from everyone when the two of you want to be alone
– Cuddling, lots of it, all the time
– Kurt always surprising you with sweet gestures, like getting you your favorite flowers
Getting snowed in somewhere with Kurt Wagner and ending up cuddling in blankets by a fireplace would be really cute if you don’t mind :)”
Warnings: None
A/N: This is kind of short, I’m sorry!
You sighed, curling up in a large, stuffed chair in the library of Xavier’s. The windows were completely white, flurries of snow blocking any view. You shivered, tucking your arms around yourself. The mansion was quite cold, even with the burning fireplace right in front of you. The blizzard outside had come up without warning, trapping you and a few other mutants inside of the mansion. Luckily, most of the students had gone home for the holidays.
You craned your neck when you heard the library door open, revealing the young mutant Kurt. He held two steaming mugs in one of his hands, carefully balanced on his three fingers. IN his other arm, he held a ball of blankets. You smiled widely as he stepped in, setting down the mugs slowly on the table in front of you.
“You looked kind of cold,” Kurt said softly. You nodded, tucking your knees into your chest.
“It is quite freezing,” you said, rubbing your fingers together. You glanced out of the windows, a couple gusts of snow whipping past the window. Another shiver ran up your spine when you thought of the relentless cold that threatened to seep into the mansion at any moment, the wind rattling the windowpanes and making the very walls creak.
“I brought some hot chocolate,” Kurt said shyly, motioning toward the mugs. You leaned forward, picking one up. You wrapped your fingers around it, conserving every bit of possible warmth from the cup. You took a careful sip, the hot liquid sweet and filling your stomach pleasantly.
You scooted aside, allowing Kurt to sit beside you. He fluffed out the blankets he had brought, tucking them behind the two of you. You grasped the corner of one, wrapping the soft material around you. Kurt took his own mug, settling back into the chair. Once he had gotten comfortable, you scooched into his side, curling under his arm. His side was warm against your cheek, your eyes half-shut lazily. You could faintly hear his heartbeat, the rhythmic thuds lulling you into a drowsy state.
The flames in the fireplace crackled and popped, sending bright orange sparks into the air. You took another sip of the hot chocolate, savoring every drop of the drink. Kurt sighed, snaking an arm around your shoulders and pulling you even closer. He made sure the blanket remained tucked around you, protecting you from the relentless cold from the blustery winter storm that raged on outside.
“Thank you, Kurt,” you said quietly.
Kurt pressed a soft kiss to the top of your head, a gentle thumb rubbing absent minded circles on your shoulder as he did so. “Of course.”
AU where your arm has a tattoo of the first words your soulmate says to you
Kurt wasn’t sure when he would meet you. He would always lie in his bed thinking up scenarios on what type of day the two of you would meet. Some scenarios were of him in the middle of a mission, and others were of the two of you meeting on an average sunny day. Though he didn’t know the specific details, he did know one thing for sure, and that was that the two of you would meet in an unfortunate way.
Gazing down at his tattoo, Kurt traced his fingers over the cursive letters. The two words of warning were imprinted into his skin, causing a frown to form on his face. He was worried on how the two of you would meet. He would seriously hate it if he met you during a battle. Just the thought hurt his heart. He really hoped that wouldn’t be the case.
“Hey Kurt!”
A voice broke him out of thoughts, causing the German mutant to turn his attention away from his arm, and over to the group of teens that walked across the grassy fields.
“Hello.” he spoke, watching the teens make their way over to him.
At his side, Jubilee plopped herself onto the empty patch of grass, “Are you seriously still thinking about your soulmate?” she asked, getting straight to the point.
Kurt looked at her in surprise, "How did you know?“ he asked, just as Scott spoke up.
“Dude, it doesn’t take a mind reader to know that you’ve been staring at your wrist.” he said, followed by a short chuckle.
Kurt’s face heated up, his eyes lowering to his tattoo. “O-oh.” he stuttered, feeling quite embarrassed for being so obvious.
Sitting across from him, Jean reached out and patted his shoulder, “Don’t worry Kurt, you’ll meet them soon.” she assured with a sympathetic smile, however, Kurt thought otherwise.
“But when?” he asked, looking at his friends with a worried frown, “When will I meet them? What if I meet them at a terrible time? What if I don’t meet them at all? I need to meet them now!”
Scott sighed, “Kurt, chill. You just gotta be patient.”
“Yeah!” Jubilee exclaimed, her attention moving towards Kurt’s concerned eyes, “This stuff takes time. It’s not like your soulmate is just gonna fall out of the sky-”
“Watch out!” you screamed, your hands held out in an attempt to steady yourself as you came spiraling down from the skies. As so, everyone immediately looked up, their eyes instantly widening as they noticed an airborne figure coming straight at them at an intense speed.
“Move!Move!Move!Move!Move!” you shouted again, your arms flailing around as if that would sweep everyone to the side.
Scrambling to their feet, the group of mutants moved back from your line of radar. From the speed of how fast you were flying, one would be crazy to even attempt to stay in your way! So without another thought, everyone moved – everyone but Kurt, of course.
Instead of jumping out of your range like everyone else, Kurt’s eyes only widened as he snapped his attention upwards where you came spiraling downwards from the heavens above.
Kurt could’ve moved. He felt paralyzed from the moment he heard the short words of warning. If he wanted to, Kurt could’ve just transported himself away within seconds, but he didn’t. He merely stared up at you with his heart pounding and eyes widening in a daze.
You were the one. You were his soulmate. An angel descending from the skies above. It was as if God had heard his pleas and had sent you to flee from Heaven and fall directly into his arms – literally.
Not even a second passed before Kurt felt his breath get knocked right out of him, causing the poor male to snap right out of his thoughts.
Toppling over the grassy hills, both you and Kurt fell upon the Earth’s ground, each of you groaning out from the harsh impact. Upon feeling pain shoot up his back, Kurt momentarily forgot what was happening and focused all of his attention on the throbbing pain of his head.
This wasn’t exactly how things were supposed to go.
On your end, you could only swear through a painful groan. “Damn it!” you cursed, your breath coming out heavy and low, “I thought I had it under control just now.”
Rubbing your head from the throbbing ache, you mentally complained over, yet again, another crash and burn. You were so close to landing perfectly this time! But luck never seemed to be on your side. You could only hope to the gods that enrolling in this school would fix that up. Because if you were being honest, you were seriously sick and tired of receiving a flood of bloody noses and broken bones on a daily basis.
“Argh!” a pained groan reached your ears, causing you to blink back the black spots in your eyes and focus on the source of the sound. Slowly pushing yourself up, you soon come to notice that you were lying on top of a total stranger. Immediately, your eyes widen as you swallowed down a shout of distress.
“Oh shit.” you chose to whisper instead before you quickly reached for your goggles and set your eye wear dangling from your neck. “I-I’m so sorry!” you stuttered out, feeling rather guilty for practically drilling this guy to the ground. Now you knew why your landing wasn’t so terrible, it was because someone else broke your fall! So much for good impressions.
Moving your hair away from your face, you moved your body from on top of his own and went over to his side so then you were at least still at his level. Running your fingers through his hair, you bit back a curse as you stared down at his face in concern.
“Hey, are you okay?” you asked fearfully. Oh god, you really hoped you didn’t give this guy a concussion.
Fortunately for you, the guy began to flutter open his eyes, revealing bright yellow orbs that momentarily sent you in a daze. His eyes were as warm as the sun. Those beautiful vivid eyes were so pretty, you just couldn’t turn away as you stared down at him in awe.
From below you, Kurt squinted his eyes. There were black dots all around him, and every inch of his body felt like needles piercing his skin. However, through his pain Kurt could still make out your nervous question through his haze, causing the boy to grin dreamily. “I am now.” he absentmindedly spoke, both confusing and surprising you.
Gazing down at the blue mutant, you took a couple of seconds to process his words. Those words formed the exact sentence that was forever imprinted on your wrist, making your cheeks flare and a grin of disbelief to curl on the corner of your mouth.
While you and the mystery person sat gazing at each other with awestruck expressions, the group of dismembered mutants gathered around and watched the two of you share bashful introductions.
“Well would you look at that.” Scott piped up, crossing his arms over his chest as he shook his head in disbelief. “Perfect timing.”
Title: Fairy-Tales. Pairing: Kurt Wagner x Reader. Words: 530 Rating: K. (Lots of fluffy)
“It’s strange.” His voice was light, considering his heavy accent. With shut eyelids, he tilted his head towards your hand as you traced your fingers along his cheekbone, upwards towards his hair line where you managed to tuck some of his dark hair back. It was a simple means of affection, but even he tensed up at it. Kurt wasn’t used to this- wasn’t used to attention, let alone affection, but he was slowly letting himself ease into it with your help.
“What’s so strange?” You asked quietly. Kurt snarled, baring his teeth to you for a few seconds as he breathed in.
His tail flicked beside him for a moment as he allowed himself the utmost pleasure of looking down at you, “I never really believed in fairy-tales. My religion is all I ever needed. I never felt the need to read about princesses and princes. They all seemed so complex, and so irrational.” He spoke smoothly, though, his accent did rattle inside your ears. You glanced up at him, smiling reassuringly to tell him that it was okay to continue speaking, “And then, I had the pleasure of meeting you… And… You’re a human, and I’m…” He paused, “I’m myself, and it’s like a fairy-tale of its own…” Kurt struggled to collect his thoughts, sighing shakily. “You’re so beautiful…” Kurt murmured, droning his voice out as if he was speaking to himself more than he was speaking to you, “What did I do to deserve you?”
You couldn’t find it in yourself to give him a definite answer and opted to shrug your shoulders, “You didn’t do anything.” He gaze you a confused look, causing you to laugh, “What I mean is… Kurt, you were yourself, you didn’t push to act more human, you’re… You let yourself be vulnerable and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from you.”
“You did everything though.”
“What do you mean?”
“I may seem confident in who I am, which, I’ve been growing into but (Name)…” He swallowed softly, “For so many years, I was seen as a demon to people who didn’t understand where I came from… I was shunned, so I seeked religion to help me through… And it worked… I am not what they see me as, I am only what I see myself as… I’m not evil, I’m not Satan, I’m never going to hurt you in the eyes of God.” Kurt shuddered, rambling on wards, “Love doesn’t seem to unreachable now to someone like me, though I’ve committed myself to my religion. I want to share this with you. The experience. I want to learn, and grow and be amazed with you… I maybe young, (Name), but I know my feelings inside and out.”
Biting down on your bottom lip, you brushed some of his hair away from his face, tucking it behind his pointed ear. He eased into the feeling of having you so close without a second thought, “I don’t want to hurt you either.” You finally admitted to him, “I would never forgive myself.”
“Promise me you never will hurt me.” He looked at you with innocence running through his eyes.
Prompt:
Several of you. Like literally all of you. Hope you like it! 🙂
After two months of living at the Mansion,
you fell into a routine. Every morning, Jean or Ororo would walk you down the
stairs for breakfast, and then Kurt would pop in, usually a few minutes later.
After that, the two of you would be inseparable. Not quite dating (yet) but
certainly more than friends.
After every class, he would teleport to you
so he could walk you to the next one. You ended up eating lunch and dinner with
him and the others pretty much every day.
And you noticed something while living at
Xavier’s. For once in your life, you weren’t an outcast. Even though you couldn’t
see, the others did their best to help you in every way and make you feel
comfortable and welcome.
You were walking to lunch, latching to Kurt’s
arm, as you usually did, when Hank stopped you. He was your science teacher,
and it had come up in discussion the day before that your mutation was the
reason you were blind.
“Hey (Y/N), can I talk to you for a second?”
he asked.
“Sure,” You replied, stopping. “What’s up?”
“Well um,” Hank started. “The discussion we
had in class yesterday about your mutation blinding you really gave me an idea.
I use a serum to suppress my powers temporarily. I’m not saying it’s a guaranteed
fix, but I could make a solution that works for a few hours maybe.”
“You’re saying you could give me my sight,
even for a few hours?”
“Theoretically, yes.” Hank nodded. “It’s not
guaranteed, but I think it could work.”
“Thank you so, so much!” You said excitedly.
Kurt smiled a little, but his smile faded when he realized what this meant. No
longer would you have a vague image of what he looked like. You would see him
in all of his blue, three-fingered, red-eyed glory.
He walked with you down to lunch and both of
you sat with the others. Your smile gave away your good news, so you shared it
with the others.
“So you might be able to see?” Jean asked,
smiling. You nodded excitedly. “That’s great, (Y/N)!”
“I can’t wait to put the faces to the voices,”
You said. Kurt still looked distant, but didn’t say anything. Jean took a peek
in his mind and looked at him with sympathy. She knew how each of you felt
about eachother, but didn’t want to intervene.
“So when might this happen?” asked Peter. “When
do you get to see how attractive I am?”
“I don’t know. I’m not sure. But I can’t
wait!”
“I bet,” Scott smiled.
***
It was a few days later that Hank came to you
with a little briefcase. He took you to his office, a few of your friends
standing there to meet you, officially, for the first time. Kurt, Scott, Jean,
Ororo, Peter, and Jubilee all stood there waiting in anticipation as Hank slid
the needle into your arm and squeezed the medication into your veins.
You closed your eyes. They stung a little,
but nothing too serious. You blinked, tears forming in the newly functioning
eyes. As soon as the medicine took effect, you heard a *bamf*. You rubbed your
eyes. Everything was fuzzy, but things began to come into focus.
You looked around at the mutants standing in
front of you and started guessing their names.
“You’ve gotta be Peter,” You pointed to him
first. The silver hair was a dead giveaway. “And you’re Jean, right?”
“Yep,” she smiled.
“Ororo, Jubilee, Scott…” you listed, pointing
to each one. You looked around. “Where’s…Where’s Kurt?”
“He teleported out a few seconds ago,” Scott
said.
“Why?”
“I think I know why,” Ororo shook her head.
“So do I,” Jean nodded.
***
“Right there,” Jean pointed from the steps of
the mansion. Kurt was sitting at the fountain, staring at his reflection. His
tail swayed back and forth, and the wind ruffled his black and blue hair.
“Which one?” You asked. As it was a Saturday
and the courtyard was flooded with students.
“The blue one,” She smiled. Your eyes found
him.
“Awwwww, he’s so cute!” You gushed. “I don’t
know what he’s so worried about.”
“Go get him, tiger,” Peter patted your
shoulder. You made your way across the courtyard, walking down the path. The
other kids stopped to look. They all knew who you were, and here you were
without anyone to guide you.
“Hey there,” You said quietly. Kurt turned, jumping
in surprise.
“I see you found me.”
“I did,” you motioned to the others on the
stairs. “With some help.”
“So…I’m ‘not much of a looker’ as Peter says,
ja?”
“Kurt, you are the cutest. Literally. You are
so, so cute. I don’t know what you’re so worried about. I mean, after all, blue
is my favorite color. And it looks so, so good on you.” You told him. He
smiled, heat rising to his cheeks. He felt like he might melt.
“You mean it?”
“Of course I do,” You smiled, happy tears
running down your cheeks. “I have been waiting forever to see you,”
“Oh, don’t cry, liebe,” he pulled you into
his arms, holding you tight.
“They’re happy tears,” you laughed,
sniffling.
“Ich liebe dich,” Kurt whispered so softly
you barely heard it.
“I love you too, blue,” you smiled, hands
rubbing his back. He gasped softly.
“You know German?”
“Only a little, and I only learned so I could
tell you that I love you in your own language.” You confessed.
“So are we…?”
“Dating? If you want to,” You told him. “But
I’m still going to need you to be my seeing eye man.”
“Vhy is zhat?” he asked softly. You pulled
out of the hug to look at him, lifting your hand to touch his cheek. He smiled,
and you took in all of the details of his face, every intricate design. You
tried to memorize every facet of him.
“It’s already going away,” You sighed sadly,
vision beginning to blur. He stared at you, wide-eyed.
“Zhen let me do zhis vhile you can still see
me,” Kurt said.
“Do what?” you asked, but you were cut off my
a pair of soft blue lips. He kissed you softly, passionately, like he would
never get another chance. His three-fingered hands held your cheeks, thumbs
softly stroking your skin as the colorful world around you faded to black once
again.
Prompt(s):
“Could you do a Kurt Wagner x human reader? he’s really overprotective of her
around the other mutants.” “Hi yes, hello dear can I please request some sleepy
cuddles with Kurt because I have a MIGHTY NEED.” and “I have this cute little
idea of Kurt just hissing at anyone who gets close to him and whoever he’s
cuddling with. Think you can pull off that fluff?”
Note:
AWWWWWWW OKAY I LIKE THIS. Reader is a human member of the team (kinda like
Moira). Has mutant family (maybe) but is not actually a mutant herself.
It was late at night when half of the team
got back from a mission. You were in that half. You trudged through the front
door, still dressed in your leather uniform. Kurt, one of your closest friends
and long-time crush, was spread out on the couch, reading a book.
“How did it go?” he asked, looking up and
smiling.
“I need a nap,” you replied, yawning. He
chuckled a little, his tail moving a little. You walked closer and laid down on
top of him, resting your head on his chest. Kurt froze, staring at you with
wide eyes. You could hear his heart racing in his chest.
“V-vhat are you-”
“Hush,” you pressed your finger to his lips,
quieting him. He nodded silently, still freaking out. You closed your eyes and
snuggled into him. You felt his arms tentatively wrap around you. He gulped
nervously, not wanting to overstep his boundaries. He used his tail to set his
book on the table.
Kurt looked down at you, his expression soft.
He brushed the hair out of your face and pressed a slow, long, gentle kiss to
your forehead. He couldn’t believe that a beautiful, amazing, human girl had
wound up in his arms, but he surely wasn’t going to take it for granted.
Your breathing slowed as you drifted off to
sleep. Kurt just laid there, taking it all in.
“Hey buddy,” Peter sped into the room. He
tilted his head, looking at you curiously. “What’cha got there?”
“Shhhh,” Kurt shushed him. “She’s sleeping,”
“Awww. Gettin’ cuddly with Nightcrawler,
huh?” he teased. He zipped closer. “She’s kinda cute, all sleepy.”
“Grrrrr…” Kurt growled softly, baring his
fangs.
“All right, all right, sheesh.” Peter raised
his hands, backing off. He left the room in a blur of silver. Kurt turned his
attention back to you, tracing patterns on your back. He sighed, finally
getting comfortable with the idea of having you so close to him.
Prompt:
Hi, I’d like to make a request. Could you write a one-shot, set during the mall
trip in X-Men Apocalypse, where the reader sees Kurt for the first time and
rather than being afraid of his appearance, she instead finds him really cute
and can’t stop staring at him. The others catch onto her staring and despite
seeing her shyness, convince Kurt to go
talk to her? Thank you.
Note:
Awwwwwwww, this is so cuuuute!
Warnings: Like one swear word
You were sitting in the food court of the
mall, people watching as you often did. On the table in front of you was your
art supplies, a sketchbook and some colored pencils. You dragged the pencil
across the paper, outlining the shapes of various autumn leaves.
Biting your lip, you reached up and grabbed
your drink, sipping the soda through the straw. While you took your little
break, setting down your pencil and looking around, you caught a glimpse of a
group of kids sitting at a table nearby. And intriguingly enough, one of them
was blue. And very, very cute.
You blushed, smiling softly and carefully
tucking a piece of hair behind your ear. You noticed his were pointed. And he
had a tail! The blue boy took a sip of his slushee and freaked out. You bit
your lip, chuckling softly. Brain freeze.
The red haired girl next to him noticed you
watching and smiled. Embarrassed you had been caught watching, you vanished.
***
“Jean?” asked Scott. She seemed distant. “You
okay?”
“There’s a girl over there,” she smiled. “A
mutant girl who has a pretty big crush on Kurt.”
“Me?” Kurt asked, setting down his drink. “Vhere?”
“Over there. Well, you can’t see her. I…I
think she’s one of us. She can turn invisible.” Jean ventured into your mind. “And
she’s very shy.”
“Awwww,” Jubilee cooed. “You should go talk
to her, Kurt!”
“Really?” he asked. “You zhink she’d like zhat?”
“She won’t admit it, but yes. I think she’d
like some company.” Jean told him. Kurt nodded, swallowing nervously. He stood
up.
“Wait, Kurt!” Scott said.
“Vhat?”
“Ask her if it hurt when she fell from
heaven.” He advised.
“Vhy?”
“Pickup lines, dude. It’s how Americans win
the ladies. You’ll win her heart for sure,” Scott nodded, smirking. Jean rolled
her eyes.
“Don’t use that one,” Jean said.
“Agreed. Too tacky. You need to use something
more…original,” Jubilee nodded. “How about, do you have a Band-Aid? I scraped
my knee falling for you.”
“Awwwww,” Jean agreed. “That’s cute.”
“Okay,” Kurt nodded. He mustered up his
courage and walked over to the seemingly empty table.
“Shit,” you muttered, watching helplessly as
he came over and looked uncertainly at the chair you were sitting in.
“Um, guten tag. I’m Kurt Wagner. Um, I vas
vondering if you had a Band-Aid. I scraped my knee vhen I fell for you,” he
recited uncertainly. Hesitantly, you came out of your invisible state, showing
yourself to him. You smiled.
“Well, I don’t have any Band-Aids, but I do have a phone number if you’d rather
have that,” you blushed bright red, surprised by your own confidence. He smiled
brightly.
Prompt:
Omg could u maybe write something where kurt’s tail is super sensitive? Um
maybe some sensual touching?
Note:
More Kurt fic!!
Kurt sat on the ground beside a tree, his
bible in his hands. It was a nice day out, so he had decided to read. The spot
under the tree was perfect. Not only was it tucked into the shade, it was the
perfect place to watch to watch you fly.
You and Kurt were complete opposites in
appearance. While he looked uncannily like a blue demon, you had big, fluffy
angel wings and a silver halo floating over your head. The others thought his
crush on you was cute. He knew in his heart that you were meant for him. God
had sent him an angel.
While he tried to focus on the scripture in
front of him, he couldn’t help it when his amber eyes drifted to the skies in
search of you. You were gliding through the air, firing blasts of yellow light
energy at drones Hank had designed. After you deactivated the drones, you
swooped to the ground, landing powerfully. The ground beneath you shook.
“That was spectacular!” Charles praised you.
“Well done! You’re really getting a handle on your energy blasts.”
“Thanks,” you smiled, straightening out. You
ruffled your wings and straightened out your halo. “Mind if I take a little
break?”
“That’s fine. You’ve done plenty of work
today,” he smiled. You nodded, grabbing your water bottle off of the table and
flying over to the tree Kurt was spread out under and plopping down beside him.
“Hey blue,” you smiled, taking a long drink
from your bottle. He looked up from his Bible, pretending he hadn’t been
watching you the entire time.
“Guten tag,” he greeted.
“How’s your day been?”
“It’s better now,” he said before he could
stop himself. I rosy blush spread across your cheeks. His tail moved around,
swaying from side to side. You watched it, distracted by the fluid movement. A
slow smile spread across Kurt’s face.
“Oh, I’m sorry,” you realized you had been
staring.
“Vould you like to touch it?” he offered, his
voice quiet. You nodded, scooting so close that your thighs were touching. His
tail dipped in front of you so you could reach it. Gently, you ran your
fingertips along the smooth skin. It was soft, not as rough or scaly as you had
expected, but soft.
Kurt had to hold in a moan as you stroked the
tender areas. He clenched his fists and tensed up, trying not to move. His tail
began to waver a little.
“You okay?” you asked. “Did I hurt you?”
“Oh no,” he shook his head. “It’s just
sensitive. But if feels good.”
“Okay, good,” You nodded.
“Hey Kurt, (Y/N), do you guys wanna sneak out
with us?” asked Scott, walking over arm-in-arm with Jean.
“Vhere are you going?” he asked.
“The mall,” Jean answered. “They just opened
up this new ice cream place and the arcade has half off tokens today.”
“Sounds fun,” you agreed, using your wings to
propel you off of the ground. You helped Kurt to his feet.
“Great,” Peter zipped in. “And we gotta catch
a movie while we’re there,”
“Vhy?” Kurt asked.
“To give you lovebirds an excuse to hold
hands,” Peter quipped before zipping away. Kurt rubbed the back of his neck,
blushing. You laughed.
“We don’t need an excuse, do we, Kurt?” You
asked, slipping your hand into his. He gulped nervously. You felt the muscles
in his hand tense.
“N-no, ve don’t,”
Jean smiled watching Kurt nervously navigate
his feelings.
“Garage?” You asked, looking up at the tall
blue mutant.
“Garage,” he nodded, wrapping his arms around
you and teleporting away.
Prompt:
Kurt always telling the reader how much he loves her in German then lying about
what he said until one day Hank gives her a translator earpiece that Kurt doesn’t
know about and oops I accidently gushed over you and confessed my undying love
for you.
Note:
Awwwwwwwwww!
“(Y/N), I hope you don’t mind me asking, but
why exactly do you need a translator?” Hank asked, handing you the metal
earpiece.
“Oh, it’s just for…things…” you told him. “Sometimes Kurt goes on German rants, and I
don’t always catch all of it.”
“Ah. Well. Good luck with that,” he waved as
you left the lab. You paused, pushing the piece into your ear and hiding it
behind your hair. Now you were ready to figure out what the hell Kurt was
saying.
***
“Hey blue, what’cha doing?” You asked walking
into the living room. Kurt was spread out on the couch, a book of German
fairytales in his hands.
“Reading,” he replied, smiling at you.
“Wanna read to me?” you asked him. He nodded
eagerly, setting down his cup of tea. You walked over to the couch and laid on
top of him. The first time you had done this, he had freaked out, but now he
was accustomed to your presence, your warmth. He used his tail to gently stroke
your hair while his hands held the book.
“Is German all right?” he asked. You nodded. “Okay.”
Kurt cleared his throat. You reached up and tapped the button on the
translator.
“Once
upon a time, zhere vas a little blue circus freak. He traveled from city to
city vizh zhe circus, never quite finding a place he belonged. He began to feel
like he belonged novhere. But one day, zhe little circus freak found a place to
call home. It vas a great big mansion, full of people just like him. Zhese
people didn’t make fun of him. Zhey didn’t…treat him like a freak. Zhey treated
him like he belonged.” You sighed as Kurt told the story. He continued.
“Vhile
zhe little blue circus freak vas at zhe mansion, he met zhe most beautiful girl
he had ever seen. And vhile he vas somevhat embarrassed by his appearance, she
looked at him as zhough nozhing vas wrong vizh him. She made him feel…alive.
She had zhe stars in her eyes, and every time she looked at him, touched him,
he felt as zhough he might melt into a little blue puddle. And zhough he loved
her vizh all of his heart, she vould never know. He couldn’t vork up zhe
courage to tell her in a language she understood.” He paused. “The end,”
“That was a nice story,” you smiled softly. “But
I think it has a happy ending,”
“Vhat do you-”
“I love you too, Kurt.” You stroked his
cheek, tracing his scars gently. His amber eyes went wide.
“You speak German?” he asked, startled to say
the least.
“No, but Hank loaned me a translator,” You
pulled it out of your ear to show it to him.
“So you heard everyzhing?”
“I did,” you brushed tufts of blue and black
hair out of his face. You decided to be bold and go for it, leaning forward to
kiss his soft lips. His hands gingerly held your waist and he nervously kissed
you back. When you pulled apart, he looked at you nervously. You could feel him
shaking beneath you.
“You okay?” you checked. He nodded, gulping.
“Zhat vas my first kiss,” he confessed
nervously.
“Was it everything you imagined?” You asked.
“Better,” he replied, smiling. “C-could I…vould
you mind if I kissed you again?”
Prompt:
KURT AFRAID OF STORMS SO HE TELEPORTS TO READERS ROOM?! PLEASE?!
Note:
OMG YAAAAS
You sat in bed, reading. There was a storm
raging outside, but you didn’t mind. You actually liked the sound of
thunderstorms. You turned the page as a loud boom erupted.
*Bamf*
A terrified, wide-eyed Kurt appeared in a
puff of smoke, wearing a pair of red pajamas.
“S-sorry,” he apologized, gulping. “I just…I
don’t like storms,”
“Aww, that’s okay,” you smiled softly. You
stuck your bookmark in your book and set it on the nightstand. Another clap of
thunder sounded.
*Bamf*
“Aah!” he teleported to the other side of the
room, shaking.
“Come here,” You told him, scooching over in
your bed. He nodded, sitting beside you. You hugged him tightly. He was
trembling. “You’re okay. You’re inside and safe. You’re fine.”
You could still hear his heart racing. The
lights flicked off. Kurt started breathing quickly, holding onto you tighter.
“It’s okay,” you whispered. “It’s okay.”
“I…I can’t…”
“It’s the fight club, isn’t it?” you
realized. “You’re afraid of lightning because of…”
“Ja,” he confessed, tears streaming down his
blue cheeks. “It hurt…so much…”
“Look at me,” you pulled away to look at his
face. You wiped away his tears. “I will never let anyone take you. Ever.”
