He’d let it slide the first time, but afterwards might ask them not to do that? Having marks on him isn’t preferred, especially ones that are harder to cover up.

He doesn’t think much of it. As long as it’s nowhere noticeable because he doesn’t want to lose the respect of his subordinates or be made fun of from his comrades.
Otherwise go wild, he’s a little turned on by it, and might even bite back if that’s what his s/o likes.
