Poor Prommy, I imagine him receiving the insult, but all he does is lower the head, give a sad smile, then just go absolutely sad but do nothing. Because that kid is right, right? Prommy does know that he’s chubby. He sees Iggy and Noct, and they’re slender and skinny, and Prommy knows he’s bigger than them…at least to the sides. So it’s not an insult, it’s a fact, right? But it still hurts, you know?
Prommy feels rejected and sort of disgusting. Iggy and Noct and Gladio never say anything about his shape or weight and they hang with him anyway…but Prommy does know he’s different. Gladio being a jerk (in a playful way) is ABSOLUTE LIFE. The mental image is TOO PERFECT, dammit, TOO GOOD and so funny! Gladio carrying with potato sack Noct and twirling around as fast as he can, grinning and ignoring Noct’s flails and screams, because he TOTALLY is screaming! x)
Ignis coming out of the tent to see Gladio twirling around like a damn possessed tornado while Noctis uncontrollably flails and screams high pitchedly. You know what Ignis did? He snorted and subtly asked Prompto to take a picture, because we think Ignis is this overprotective mama hen but honestly we don’t know him. Guy can be a playful jerk in his own way too, ESPECIALLY with Noctis, hahahahaha!!
“Not like this, like how you carry Ignis! >:(” WHY IS THAT SO CUTE THO. Not just the image of Gladio scooping Iggy off his feet and carrying him bridal style, with a happy Ignis either just hugged to his neck or nuzzling at his chin, but I mean how CUTE it is that Noct is staring and WANTS THE SAME!?
Noct, like the adorable kitten than we all know he is, staring at it and being like “Hm. That looks like affection. It looks stupid. I want that too, HUMAN. CARRY ME AND DO THE SAME WITH ME NOW. I AM COMMANDING YOU.”
Hahahaha, aaw. So bad Gladio knows how to deal with puppies and not kittens, so of COURSE Gladio would end up spinning with Noct on his shoulder just to mess with him because HE CAN.

Pffffft, and the mental image of Noctis hitting flat ground the very same second he’s put back on the ground, hahahaha!!!

There’s the chocobros, three of them having breakfast while Noctis lies on the ground and tries to stand up but just staggers, stumbles and ends up on the ground again, maybe muttering something like “just wait till I’m king and erase the title of Shield, who even needs you in the first place, you disgrace of a friend”.
Of course he means none of that, he’s just salty that he’s not being carried like Iggy gets.
