I know here recently it’s like the seasons are jumping all around. It can go from feeling like summer to then be snowing the next day. Oof! So sorry it took me so long to get to your request!
Shiro:
The moment the heating system went down, he noticed very quickly how his S/O was shaking due to the cold
The team didn’t exactly have a choice because this frozen planet was the perfect place to hide from the Galra but it came at this cold price
He’ll have the team bundle up along with his S/O in order to stay warm, assigning the paladins different jobs in order to restore the heating system
In the meantime, he drapes a blanket or two over his S/O wherever they go in the castle
Shiro’s body temperature is always very warm and he puts that to use in order to warm up his S/O
At night, he’ll snuggle up close to his S/O under what seems like a mountain of blankets, trying his best to warm them up
Sometimes he’ll activate his prosthetic arm then quickly power it off, waiting for it to cool down a bit and press it to his S/O’s face to warm them
Even with a blanket that they carry with them everywhere they go, his S/O clings onto him because he’s so damn warm
All in all, Shiro tries a lot of different things to warm his S/O up as best he can and he cares more about warming up his S/O than himself
Keith:
The cold really doesn’t bother Keith so much but it bothers him that his S/O is freezing cold
He’ll practically rip his jacket off his shoulders and give it to his S/O, asking them if they’re okay
He’s wraps his S/O in countless Altean jackets, sweaters, and blanket which makes mobility a bit of an issue for his S/O
But Keith means well by it all because he doesn’t want his S/O shivering from the cold
He’ll try to give his S/O something warm to eat and drink to also try and warm them up as well
He does cuddle but with his S/O but his face is bright red as he’s cuddling his S/O to warm them up
But he does really enjoy cuddling regardless of whether of the castle’s heating system is down or not
But he’s so worried about his S/O being so cold that he almost makes a fire in his room as a way to warm up his S/O
Thankfully, his S/O talks him out of it and is just satisfied cuddling with him to warm up
Lance:
He too isn’t exactly used to the cold as well but he sucks it up and focuses on warming up his S/O
Like Keith, he’ll give his S/O his jacket, asking them if they would also like a blanket or anything else
Or he doesn’t hand his S/O his jacket, he’ll wrap his arms around his S/O, zipping up his jacket with him and his S/O in it
Both look like a group of penguins walking across some ice when the walk around the castle together
Let’s just hope neither of them trip because if one falls, they both are going down
Lance will try to do weird things with his S/O if both of them are huddled in blankets like pretend to be ghosts running down the hallway
He still wants to have fun with his S/O despite both of them being freezing cold
After messing around with his S/O, the two of them are warm enough and laughing so hard together
Hunk:
We already know that Hunk is a big ol’ teddy bear so you beat he’ll give his S/O a bear hug in attempt to try and warm them up
Or he’ll roll them up in a blanket burrito, making him and his S/O laugh so hard that they’ll not even be cold anymore
When his S/O walks around the castle, he give them his lion slippers so their feet won’t get cold as well
Kisses his S/O’s nose to warm them up when they complain about how cold their face is
Hunk will make a TON of warm food and beverages and he makes them with love because things made with love warms one’s heart
Will chill in his pjs with his S/O because pjs are warm and cozy and the heating system being out in the castle is the perfect excuse to wear them
Of course he’s working hard with the others to restore the heating system but in the meantime, he just wants to keep his S/O warm
He’ll ask his S/O to bake with him as the stove certainly does provide some heat and cooking together is also fun
Hunk will cuddle with his S/O to warm them up and he secretly hopes that the heating system doesn’t get fixed anytime soon
Pidge (aged up of course):
Within seconds of the heating system going out, she’s on the case to fix it because she knows how her S/O isn’t used to the cold
She doesn’t want her S/O to get cold and have to deal with the misery of being cold
Pidge is also afraid that since her S/O isn’t used to the cold that they could get very sick
Gives her S/O all the blankets and pillows they need in order to stay warm, maybe even building a pillow fort
She’ll also try to make a space heater of sorts for her S/O to use in their room to stay warm
She also asks Hunk to make her S/O some warm food or some cookies with warm tea or milk to help them
When she’s not working on fixing the heating system, she’s snuggled up with her S/O enjoy some cookies with them
You bet she’s chilling with her S/O in their pillow fort and no one else is allowed in except for maybe Shiro and Hunk, depending on her mood
She likes being able to spend time being close with her S/O during this time but she knows that the heating system needs to be fixed ASAP

under the cover at the other side of the bed only to find it empty. Your eyes
furrowed in confusion and you heaved yourself up, quickly scanning the room. Shiro
was in the corner putting on his uniform as he was unware that you were
watching him.
“Oh, my god!” you exclaimed.
Shiro’s hand slipped and the helmet
he held in his hand came falling down. He whipped his head around and met his
eyes with yours, looking very innocent. “What?”
“Seriously? Training? It’s so early
in the morning and-“ you hustled out of bed and pulled the curtain away from the
window to reveal all the snow “- its freezing outside!”
“A Paladin must always be prepared,”
Shiro said with determination.
“A Paladin must also not freeze in
this weather and die because the universe still needs defending.” You hopped
back into bed, snuggling under the blanket. “Taking a day off won’t hurt anyone
Shiro. Especially when a beautiful person asks you to do so.”
He smiled at you, going a bit red in
his cheeks. “The others-“
“-are surely resting. Allura is in
her room with a cup of hot alien beverage or something, Coran never rests so
leave him out of this. Lance probably doesn’t even know what year it is since
he’s on hibernation mode, Pidge is having fun in her lab and Hunk is maybe in
the kitchen going at it with the food. Keith, well, he may be on the training
deck because it’s Keith. They’re all doing fine on their own.”
Shiro picked up his helmet from
where it lay on the floor and took a long look at it. “Well it has been quite a

•ok so basically, pidge is designing a new robot that can help create fabrics and new clothes for everyone in the castle, for when they don’t have the time to borrow some from Coran or Allura or go to a Space Mall

Lance, Shiro, and Keith coming back to an S/O they left on earth
Shiro:
As soon as they landed back on earth the first thing Shiro wanted to do was find you. He knew you would be in your small apartment curled up in your bed since it was early in the morning on earth. He knocked on the door to have it opened to your lovely sleepy face. He swore he fell in love all over again.
“Takashi…..?” You said sleepily
“it’s me.” He smiled
You then promptly slammed the door in his face. Not what he expected to return to.
“Y/N I’m sorry I left you without warning…. please open the door.” He whispered softly
“fuck off takashi you ruined my life.” You yelled back
He then waited and sat by the door for a few minutes before it opened hesitantly.
“…… do you want a cup of tea” you asked
“I’d love one.” He smiled

They were back on earth!! It was a dream come true! After seeing his family he knew what he had to do next. He dreaded seeing the look on your face though, he knew you were heartbroken when he left. He went up to your house and knocked on the door hesitantly. You opened it slightly and gasped.
“L-lance?”
“Yeah?” He smiled
“Oh my god.” You yelled and tackled him into a hug tears streaming down your face
“Don’t ever leave me again, please.” You whispered
“I promise mi amor.” He answered.
You stayed like that for a while, arms wrapped around each other sitting on your porch.
Keith:
When the team landed on earth, worry flooded his mind. What if you left him for someone else? What if you hate him? What if you think his galra scar is ugly? What if you refuse to see him? Kosmo could tell his worries were taking him over and stalked over to comfort him. But with a small smile on his face rapidly teleported Keith to your front door.
“crap. KOSMO WHAT THE HELL” he yelled
Well now he had no choice. He went up, took a deep breath, and rang the doorbell. The door opened to your mom, who disliked Keith but now hated him for leaving you.
“Yes? Can I help you?” She asked in a sickly sweet voice
“I need to speak to Y/N.” He answered
“She’s not here.” She replied and went to shut the door
“Wait.” A voice said from behind the door, he could recognize his sweet Y/N’s voice anywhere.
“Y/N….” he whispered
Her mother left but whispered something to Y/N that sounded like “be careful”
“What is it Kogane?” You asked harshly. But Keith could tell you were holding back tears.
“Y/N I would never leave you on purpose I’m so so sorry. I know you probably can’t forget what I’ve done but I hope you’ll forgive me even though it’s been so long. I…. love you…” he blushed
You let a sob choke out as you ran to embrace him. He stroked your hair and held you.
“I’m never leaving you again. I promise” he whispered lovingly
